Condo with high ceilings. The place is a mixture of minimalist design and cozy environment! Located on the second floor, you'll find one bedroom with queen size bed. It has a complete bathroom with a bath/shower, the living room is next to the bedroom with a TV and a sofa-bed! There is one private balcony located just on the outside of the place. You can spend good time outside with a coffee admiring the view!

All rooms include all amenities to make you feel like home. Such as an oven with pots and pans in the kitchen. Also base equipment in the bathroom (soap, shampoo and bath towels). You'll have spare bed pillows and linen to make sure you feel comfortable!

Very convenient location and comfortable unit

The apartment had everything my three year old and myself needed for our 9 night stay in Montreal. It was spacious and well equipped. The AC was a nice perk given the hot days during our stay. There was a French press for coffee, utensils to cook, plenty of towels and soap. The building was a little noisy at night but that's understandable in my opinion given the location.

Fantastic Property!

My friends and I drove 12 hours from The States to Montreal and stayed here at Strawberry Stays. The property was a bit hard to find at first, but once we found it we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the rental. It was squeaky clean and comfortably slept 3 of us, but could easily sleep 4. The location was fantastic as well- right along the street and close to many popular restaurants and shops. Parking was a bit difficult to find at first, but we were eventually able to find free parking ~5 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again if I was visiting the area. Had everything we needed.

Perfect stay in Montreal

This property was exactly how we imagined, extremely clean, host was very organized and communicated well throughout the whole stay and the checkin/checkout process was so convenient. It’s a very well designed space and more spacious than expected. It was only one staircase up so very easy to get there. I like the security of having a code for two separate doors, one for the unit and one for the whole building. The balcony was great and spacious as well with a nice view of the park (also seen through the kitchen). The host provided plenty amenities such as bathroom and kitchen supplies as well as extras for the bed. We had everything we needed for the weekend. Thank you so much for the amazing stay and hope to book with you again soon!

Trois nuits à Montréal en famille à éviter (été 2021)

L'emplacement de l'appartement est très bien, commerces et proximité des transports, quartier populaire sympa. Par contre, nous avons été déçu par: - les équipements minimalistes dans le cuisine, dans le salon (un petit sofa 2 places pour 4 personnes, c'est vraiment juste et pas confortable!!) et une table 2 chaises (encore là pour 4 insuffisant... et pas d'espace dans l'appartement pour manger). - l'ensemble très impersonnel (total ikea bas de gamme dans tout l'appart) manque vraiment de charme et d'amour - la petite terrasse chouette dans l'absolu, mais donnant à l'arrière au dessus les odeurs de poubelles et de souffleries de restaurants, vraiment pas propre - le bruit des appartements voisins (style murs de papier) - et enfin pas de possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres sans moustiquaires... bref, expérience qui ne se répètera pas pour nous. Rapport qualité-prix TRÈS décevant, peut être bien pour un jeune couple qui souhaite juste y dormir.

Un beau condo dans une zone bien placée👌🏾

La location était parfaite, la préparation a été faite avec un penchant pour le détail et le bien-faire. C’est un beau coin aussi avec beaucoup d’endroits à visiter. La communication avec le proprio est simple et on a une assistance quasi-instantanée. C’est sa compréhension dans des situations indépendantes de notre volonté qui m’a marqué aussi.

Great weekend

There are a lot of stores in the street, the apartment is really well placed. The apartment's floor is covered with parquet. There were enough place setting. The furniture is in good condition but two of four chairs are in plastic, not in wood. Further, there are no stores in the kitchen and there was no soap in the bathroom. In general the place is nice and clean.
