Florida Villa Days is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa in the private gated community of Windsor Palms. Enjoy an open plan design and a southwest facing pool/spa for SUN ALL DAY. Watch sports or your favorite videos/movies on the outdoor TV, or simply enjoy spectacular sunsets behind the conservation from your private pool/spa. The pool area enjoys a woodland/conservation view with privacy hedges on each side. Your only rear neighbors are the turtles, deer, and native birds that frequent the landscape behind the pool lanai.

This beautiful home away from home offers many features and amenities you might find in your own home. An open plan lounge provides the ideal setting for family vacation living. Enjoy meals at the granite breakfast bar, kitchen table, or the formal dining table. A large flat-screen TV and a family Wii are located in the main living area for all to enjoy. For the competitors in your party, enjoy a fully equipped games room with ping pong, foosball, and an assortment of board games. For additional activities, a short walk to the Windsor Palms clubhouse and recreational areas will provide basketball, sand volleyball, and tennis courts as well as a 50 seat theater (for those rainy days).

Step into the luxurious master bedroom with a king sized bed and its own walk in closet with ample of storage for your vacation. The spacious ensuite includes his and hers sinks, walk in shower and a soak tub with separate toilet which also has access to the pool deck. (This is a fantastic feature when you are enjoying a pool day!)
A second ensuite bathroom is located in the queen bedroom. The remaining two bedrooms include 2 twin beds each, one is Mickey themed, one is Toy Story themed. Both share the newly refurbished family bathroom with a bath and shower. Each room has its own closet and new 32" smart TV.

Our home is professionally managed and fully equipped to ensure you will have a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The rental price for the unit includes CDC approved cleaning and preparation prior to your arrival, so you may start relaxing once you walk through the door

Spring Vacation

Great location. Safe, quiet, gated community. Clubhouse with arcade and movie room which was fun for the kids. House was welcoming and decorated beautifully. Had everything that we needed. Couch and chairs in living room new and cozy. Beds were all very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were great. Very relaxing. We were sad to leave.

Beautiful property! Superior host!

My wife and I stayed here during our daughter‘s dance competition at Disney. The house was minutes away from ESPN. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The pool was beautiful. The house was super comfortable and open. We truly hope to stay here again while we’re in Orlando. The host was super responsive and so supportive when we had last minute change of plans we couldn’t ask for more.

Serene part of the Disney "adventure"

Staying at this property was VERY nice....the heated and lit whirlpool in the cooler evenings was a refreshing highlight after the hussle and bussle of the Disney parks...the appliances were very dependable!!!!

We had a great time on our trip there. The house is exactly as described. Interior is nice and clean and open. Pool area outside is great and looks onto a forested area giving beautiful sunsets. It's a easy drive to Disney and their parks. I would stay there again.

Good location, good privacy

We liked the private pool and access to pickleball courts. Plenty of dining options within a 10 minute drive. Worked for our group of 3 teenagers and 2 adults. We did not cook much at the home, but it was well stocked. We had some family members who live in Orlando visit for dinner, and the home owners was very accessible and accommodating. Trash instructions could have been a bit more clear, but it all worked out.

Beautiful, spacious home

We have used VRBO to rent vacation homes about a dozen times and this one was the best by far. The home was updated, nicely decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was very warm. Amanda was very responsive to all of my questions and my security deposit was returned within a week of our stay. We've never stayed in the same place twice, but are seriously considering returning to this home next year.

Awesome Villa for Families

Our family of 5 had a wonderful vacation at this Villa. This was my 1st time using VRBO so I was nervous but it couldn't of been more perfect. Will not only use VRBO again but will definitely try to get this Villa again if possible. It has a lot of space, is clean, great location, and the pool area is awesome! Our kids absolutely loved it! We gave them the option of a theme park or just hanging out at the house one of the days and they voted unanimously to stay at the house. Thank you Amanda for a wonderful experience!

Beautiful

We had a few quirks as far as the cable and heat in the whirlpool but the owner and management company were very quick to respond and have these issues remedied. The property was comfortable and inviting. We enjoyed having our own pool but also the option of utilizing the club pool and tiki bar :). Overall our time spent here was great and we would defiantly use the villa again! Thank you!

Very clean and a great value.

We had a great time at this house for a week. It is located very close to Disney properties and convenient enough to Universal (where we visited on this trip). The pool and hot tub were fantastic! The free pool heat is such a great value. My kids were swimming even with outdoor temps in the low 60s. This house was also extremely clean. Everything was so so clean. I wish their cleaner would come to my house. The host was great at communicating and very friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Sun Palm Drive Villa 5 ⭐️

We booked this villa for a 2 week family holiday -2 adults and 2 teens aged 13 and 16. The villa was exactly as described and the view from the pool (backing onto open space and woodlands) meant we had complete serenity when we were having a villa/pool day. The villa is south facing so gets the benefit of sun all afternoon and evening. The Windsor Palms resort was well maintained, secure and very close to shops and amenities and only about a 15-20 minute drive to the Disney parks. Our 16 year old son thought the Wi-Fi has fantastic and was able to game on his laptop without any issues. And our 13 year old daughter enjoyed the pool. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay 😊

Family goes to Disney

This house was a wonderful reprieve from busy Disney! It had very comfortable beds and the pool and the hot tub were well maintained and a hit for us , Alaskans’s. The only two things I have to comment about. The pool- I have to say we would’ve liked less chlorine . My kids got serious rashes on their faces and bodies . We rinse off before and after . The dining tables - were set with all the dishes on them at our arrival. Which is a bit much for a family with small children. I had to hustle when I got there to remove every dish and put them away before an accident happened . The games were a Hit and the game /garage room . Thank you The whole neighborhood was great. I wouldn’t stay longer than the time you go to Disney.

Lovely modern property

The house is lovely and being on a resort has access to additional facilities. You can make a request to view a film in the cinema from a list which is quite cool. Easy access to supermarkets. We didn't do Disney but its close to both Disney and Universal. I would say you really need a car albeit I think it does mention you can catch a bus. We ate at the Black Angus Steakhouse nearby which was amazing. Also be aware of Florida Toll roads as for some you need change and if you don't have change you need to get a postal order and then a stamp which is a bit of a pain! The house was spotless and had everything we needed. A massive plus was the huge washing machine and dryer so we brought home mainly clean clothes. Very easy process to gain access to the property and a quiet area for peace and relaxation. Would visit again and Amanda has been very helpful with any queries.

After a day at the parks (Disney is just 3 miles away) retreat to the beautifully decorated and comfortable amenities in your 4 bedroom villa.
Take a day off from theme parks and enjoy all Windsor Palms Resort has to offer. Large community pool, game room, 54 seat theater, tennis, basketball, and workout room are located in the center of the resort and walking distance from your villa. Enjoy outlet mall shopping nearby the resort. (We can tell you the best shopping spots around!)
Restaurants and shops in the new Margaritaville complex are one mile from the resort. Many more are located within 2-3 miles from the villa, including Outback, Bahama Breeze, Culvers, Cracker Barrel, and many more.
