About this property
Kumo Machiya Kazahaya(雲風早)
Kumo machiya Kazahaya was all made by woods, we keep the original style. Located in a real Residential area. You can enter the garden from the bedroom on 1st floor.
The structure of this villa is つしにかいtsushinikai. Since Edo period, this kind of design was to ensure all the civilians are not stand on 2nd floor to look while the Samurai passing by, so the 2nd floor is short than 1st floor. Another feature of this villa is むしこまどmushikomado. Normally this kind of window on 2nd floor, looks like a cage of bug.
Area: 120 square meters
Two beroom: can accommodate maximum 3 guests each one
Tenant permissions:
The house has two modern kitchens, a modern bathroom and toilet on each floor, a bedroom towards to the courtyard, and two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. And a courtyard you can enter into.
Additionally, there are washing machine, wireless networks, floor heating, cooling and heating air-conditioner, kitchenware, tea set, wine set, fridge, induction cooker, microwave oven, coffee machine, hair dryer, washing supplies (toothpaste, toothbrush, tooth-cup), bath salt, bathroom goods (shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, fancy soap, firkin), bath towel and towel.

When guests can abandon the vast information brought by the mass media of electronic products and take enough time to enjoy the bath, courtyard, tea drinking and sound sleep, they will feel overall pleasant and find the power of inner peace after the hustle and bustle.
