2ND ROW BEACH HOUSE - REDUCED RATES FOR MAY 2025 AND SEPTEMBER 2025 as shown

**ALL INCLUSIVE RATES (weekly rate) includes Departure Cleaning, Linen package (see below), Maintained Gas Grill and use of Beach Chairs/Beach Umbrellas.

**LINENS INCLUDED WITH EACH RENTAL WEEK (Sheet sets for 1 king and 6 queen beds, bath towels, washcloths, and bath mats are provided for each of the 4 bathrooms. (All beds are made upon arrival and towels are set up in each bathroom).**

Please note that pool/beach towels are not provided.

RENTS SATURDAY (check in at 4 pm) TO SATURDAY (check out at 10 am)

Property Features: Sunny Side Up is 2nd row beach house located across the street and steps to the sand and ocean. Enjoy the private swimming pool (13’ x 19’) or relax on one of the three decks. The master bedroom has its own private sundeck. Amenities in this house include a TV with cable in each bedroom, a 70 inch wall mounted Smart TV in the living area and an additional TV in the sitting area located on the second floor for gaming. There is hi-speed internet. Ceramic tile floors throughout the living areas and all 5 bedrooms. The house is very well kept, spacious and comfortable. We continue to make improvements every year. New in 2025 The exterior of the house has been painted. In the past few years the interior has been has been re-painted, along with new wall treatments and some new furniture pieces. (New handrails and carpeting on the stairs). Beverage center with beverage refrigerator, recycle bins and extra storage added to living area.

Private Pool and outdoor shower. (There is no pool heater - it is not needed as pool gets sun until 5 pm through the summer).

The house is located directly across the street from the beach (and beach access). It is an 8 block walk to Surfside Boulevard restaurants and Surfside Pier and a short drive to the Garden City Pier.

The house is approximately a 20 minute drive to Myrtle Beach attractions and a 15 minute drive to Murrel's Inlet Marshwalk.

There are tons of golf courses in the area and surrounding areas.

Please note that a Rental Agreement must be completed and returned to owner prior to arrival along with your photo ID. (See Sample Rental Agreement herein - once you book, a customized agreement for your week will be emailed to you and must be returned to owner in advance of arrival).

2024 WV Family Memories

We loved this location and property! Clean, great layout, (the main floor bedroom was perfect for the family of early risers) decor was awesome, pool was great. Everything including the host, Dorothy, was amazing. First time we have been to the Surfside area but will not be our last! Would definitely stay here again too

Great location

The house and location is great. Beach access practically right across the street. Plenty of activities/restaurants/shopping in the area. The family had a great time, our 15 month old loved the pool. Was a little surprised at two things. Exactly one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and exactly one trash bag for the kitchen. Not a big deal if you know this before hand... Until you finish up a roll and look under the bathroom sink and then your heart sinks.

Vacation 2024~ Hurricane Debby~ still had a great time!!

This property is beautiful!! Plenty of space, very clean, less than a minute walk to beach. Despite Debby paying us a visit while there, we still had a wonderful time!! Dorothy was EXCEPTIONAL!! She checked on us all through week and made sure we knew what to do. Communication with her was 1000000% We recommend staying here and will come back again!!!

Perfect location and layout

Our extended family of 10 have stayed in several houses over the years at different beaches. This is the first one that we have found that we would/will absolutely stay at again. You cannot get any better access to the beach. The house itself was very clean and has a GREAT layout. Through the week I was in contact with the property owner on a couple minor things and she was very responsive. You can tell that the owner keeps up with the home.

Multi generation vacation

Amazing Family Vacation!!!

This home is amazing!! Spacious home with plenty of room for our families to spread out. Clean and very well maintained. Owners provided thorough communication and were quick to respond to questions during our stay. Location is perfect and directly across the street from beach access. Literally a 1-2 minute walk. The highlight for us was the pool! Also very clean and stocked with rafts. Our 4 year old little girls had the time of their lives splashing around all day! Thank you for a wonderful stay and memories to last a lifetime!

Friends Beach Getaway

We enjoyed this large home across from the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone. The rooms were large. The couches were comfy. The oversized bar and table provided plenty of seating. The pool was clean and was shaded in the afternoon. The access was right across the street, which was amazing. We had a great time.

Fun had by all

Our group age ranged from 78 to 10. The house was perfectly located to the beach, literally across the street. The pool was such a treat and so clean. The house was fantastic and ALL the beds were comfortable, everyone said they slept great. The house is so roomy that the 11 of us never felt on top of each other. There was so much to do around the area, that you could get away with renting a golf carts and never really needing a car. We all agreed that we would stay again and again! Thanks Dorothy! 😀

June Vacay

The property was very enjoyable and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone and privacy for all. The house was lovely and updated and bright. Great living room for relaxing and the large diner table was convenient for our group ranging from 2 to 70. The kitchen was very nice and well appointed. Pool had plenty of chairs and the grill was so handy. Outdoor shower and many beach chairs which was a nice surprise. The property owner was very responsive, friendly and professional. The location was great for beach access and local places to grab a bite. We had a great time.

Amazing location/Beautiful House

Couldn't ask for a better location with easy access to the beach. Our family of 10 had plenty of room to relax and unwind for the week. The weather was unusual for the end of may--it was a tad cool several days--we enjoyed the beach more than the included pool, although the pool area was nice as well. We never had issues with kitchen appliances, accessories, dinnerware, cutlery, etc as plenty were provided for our whole party. We enjoyed renting a golf cart through Ajax and spent many evenings at the pier and local eateries. River City Cafe and Neal and Pam's were favorites! Thank you for allowing our family into your beautiful home. We hope to be back soon!

Our family has been coming down to the area for over 20 years. We live in New York and look forward to one day retiring to the Myrtle Beach/Surfside area.

Why they chose this property

This property is our home away from home, our "Happy Place". It is great for multi-generation family vacations. Surfside Beach has been called the "family beach". It is conveniently located across the street from the beach. You can walk a few blocks to the Surfside pier (pier is under construction in 2021) and restaurants - or - a short drive to Garden City and Murrells Inlet restaurants. The heart of Myrtle Beach is a 15 minute drive.

What makes this property unique

We chose this property for its location to the beach and the overall feel of the area. The house offers all the comforts of home in a vacation setting. We continue to update and add improvements every year.
