Ocean View Condo (Goldenview 403)

Welcome to Apt #403 Goldenview! Our one-bedroom condo is located on the west coast of Barbados, near historic Holetown, and only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The space
Our unit features a 4th floor ocean view, with an on site pool. The apartment has one bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen which includes stove, fridge, microwave, cookware, coffeemaker, blender, dishes, utensils, etc.

There are ceiling fans in the living room, bedroom and kitchen, as well as air conditioning in the bedroom.

Cable TV, phone (for local calls), CD player and radio included.

Guest cot is available upon request to accommodate a child (at additional cost).

Weekly cleaning service is included in all bookings longer than one week. Additional cleaning service is available upon request at additional cost.

Free WiFi located in the apartment, lobby and around pool.

Coin operated on-site laundry.

Guest access
Guests have access to large fresh water pool surrounded by tropical gardens, and on-site restaurant & bar.

Rental also includes access to the Sunset Crest Beach Club, which includes private beach and pool access.

24 hour on-site security.

At check-in, all guests must agree in writing to adhere to the protocols in place at Golden View and those protocols imposed by the Government of Barbados.

These protocols include, but are not limited to, the rules that specifically address the issue of quarantine/isolation if a guest falls sick or tests positive for Covid-19.
Please note that Golden View is NOT authorized for quarantine or isolation.

Effective Saturday 24th October, 2020:

Owners and Guests checking in to Golden View will be required to present the certificate issued by The Ministry of Health & Wellness stating that each individual has tested negative and is fit for release from quarantine. Persons arriving from with-in the travel bubble will be exempt.


As of September 2020, Golden View has implemented the following protocols:

• Face masks required in public areas
• Guest temperature checks upon arrival
• Social Distancing
• Enhanced satiation
• Name and contact details of all non-residents will be recorded
