Mixed feelings about this property. The house is clean but has a cockroach infestation while there. Cockroaches (carfard) were seen crawling around on 4 time, traps caught more. Most were in the very small kitchen. Faeces trails in the downstair bedroom too. The owner indicated we were the first to tell her. I would not return without seeing proof of pest controller treatment. This spoiled the holiday for us as we had to spend 3 days cleaning our own belongings to ensure we didn't bring any back and infest our own homes. The pool is lovely and the children greatly enjoyed it. Ours swim well enough to cope with the deep water. Communications with the host was difficult as 2 messages on the website were not responded to. A phone call from a french speaking relative resolved the issue.

Super (malgré une semaine de pluie)

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans ce gîte verdoyant, impeccablement tenu par Arlette et Philippe. Nous les remercions encore pour leur disponibilité, leur adaptabilité (voyager avec un bébé de 3 mois peut être compliqué ^^') et leur gentillesse. Ce gîte ne manque de rien et nous en avons pleinement profité. Bravo, merci et à bientôt j'espère !

Excellent séjour

Magnifique gite avec de belles suites parentales , une superbe piscine couverte et chauffée, une salle pour ping- pong et baby foot et un terrain immense : nous avons passé une semaine au calme dans ce super gite propre et confortable et avons été accueillis par des hôtes prévenants et discrets. Une belle expérience à renouveler !

A lovely house in a peaceful location

Comfortable and relaxing holiday in a rural location but within easy driving distance of towns, if needed. Owners were friendly, helpful and discrete. Pool was wonderful and kept us all cool in some very hot weather. Highly recommended.

Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires toujours disponibles. Le gîte dispose de plusieurs activités à la disposition des adultes comme des enfants : ping pong, piscine couverte, vélo, et de l'espace !

Lieux calme et gîte au dessus de nos attentes

Gîte très propre et très bien équipé (vaisselles, lave vaisselle, micro-onde, four, bouilloire, cafetière, wifi, télé, salle de jeux, et pour couronner le tout la PISCINE interieure!!). Beaucoup de place à l'extérieur, les poules et leurs oeufs sont avec!, possibilité de randonnée. Des propriétaires très gentils et discrets pendant notre séjour. Merci!!

calme,espace et qualité des prestations

une semaine en famille( 4 générations)très belle.campagne,calme et beaucoup de loisirs proposés :vélos,pétanque ,chemins de randonnée,grande salle pour ping pong et baby foot et le plus piscine chauffée dans une ancienne grange superbement rénovée .le tout très propre et propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles.

Gite très bien aménagé, propriétaires très accueillants et région à découvrir ! La piscine est vraiment agréable car couverte et les chambres sont spacieuses. Gros bémol cependant pour la propreté (beaucoup d'araignées et de fourmis à notre arrivée - sanitaires propres).

Parfait pour un week-end en famille avec des amis

Piscine très bien entretenue. Vous partagez le hameau avec les propriétaires au milieu des champs de blé. Chambres confortables. Nombreuses douches et WC.

Gîte très agréable. La propriété est vaste et très calme. La piscine est très agréable, nous avons pu ouvrir les baies vitrées pour profiter de la chaleur extérieure. La balançoire et les poules (dont nous pouvions récupérer chaque jour les œufs) ont beaucoup plu à nos enfants. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille

gîte à la hauteur de nos attentes. Il nous a permis de passer une agréable semaine en famille. un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, des locaux adaptés aux enfants avec une salle de jeux, une belle piscine et un grand espace de verdure. A recommander!

Fantastic location and amazing pool

The setting is lovely and so peaceful. The pool was brilliant - so clean and well kept and big enough to swim lengths and teach the children to swim. It was perfect for families, with large garden, chickens (that we loved feeding and collecting eggs from everyday), a games room with table tennis and table football, plus the pool. The host was lovely and, although he doesn’t speak English, brought a friend to translate for us when we arrived so we knew where everything was. We could not have asked for more - such a lovely stay!

Gîte agréable et au calme

Gîte propre et entretenu. Les photos correspondent à la location. Les enfants sont les bienvenus (lit parapluie, vélos à disposition,grand espace pour jeux extérieurs...)Le gîte est à la campagne donc au calme et la ville du mans n'est pas loin (20 mn) pour pleins d’activités. Bon accueil des propriétaires. Nous souhaitons revenir l'année prochaine. Mme RAVET

Gîte parfait

Gîte idéalement situé entre Paris et Nantes. Sa grande capacité d'accueil nous à permis de nous retrouver en famille (2 familles de 4). Le gîte est impeccable, confortable et rien ne manque. super gîte pour un wd en famille, location propre,saine bien entretenue, correspondant vraiment au descriptif.Cheminée importante pour réchauffer l'atmosphère. EXCELLENT WEEK-END

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Cette maison est vraiment idéale pour se retrouver en famille. La décoration y est très soignée, l'aménagement est parfait pour un week-end ou des vacances. Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent week-end à Epineu le Chevreuil et conseillons cette location sans restriction.
