Large bedrooms upstairs with balcony and a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The master bedroom downstairs has it's own entrance and handicap accessible bath. Outdoor living includes a patio with a winding sidewalk to the beautiful gazebo. Picnic and bonfire area beside the gentle flowing creek. In the heart of the Amish community - you'll hear the clip clop of horses and see buggies driving by all day long. With only 17 miles to Ellicottville, 20 miles to the Seneca Allegany Casino, 21 miles to the National Comedy Center and Lucille Ball/Desi Arnaz Museum. You'll want to come to this quaint town over and over again.
