Indies 402 is a spacious, beautiful condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the 4th floor with an amazing view. This is a very clean condo that has recently been completely renovated with new tile floors, carpet, paint, doors, modern lighting and ceiling fans, new living room furniture, stainless steel appliances and kitchenware, and new beds and bedroom furniture. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops. There are flat screen tvs mounted on all the walls throughout to include a 65" inch in the living room, 58" in the master bedroom, and 43" inch in the second bedroom. Free WiFi and cable. The master bedroom has a king mattress and the second bedroom has bunks that include a twin top mattress and bottom full mattress. If you are looking for a gorgeous, modern, clean, and comfortable condo, Indies 402 is the place for you!

We also own Indies 605, a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo on the 6th floor.

Some other amenities of the condo are the large pool, hot tub, and common area grill. The views of the Gulf and Mobile Bay are breathtaking.

The Indies is approximately 1 mile from the Fort, the Ferry, the Bon Secour Wild Life Refuge and access to a boat ramp. There is a marina and Tacky Jacks across the street.

Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. There will be a parking fee ($35) due upon arrival, paid to the security guard onsite.
