Great location near our son in Florence. Emma was very respnsive when we could not get hot water and told us to fix it. I would recommend and stay here again.
The VRBO is conveniently located within walking distance to all the Florence downtown scenic historical attractions. It should be noted a city tax per person, per day will be required to be paid to the hostess during stay. Also just prior to the stay we found out the washer wasn’t working and wouldn’t be fixed until we left. Overall though a very comfortable VRBO and would recommend to stay while in Florence.
The only thing I would strongly suggest would be some kind of doors for the two upper bedrooms
The sound and light travel to both of those. Obviously the loft would still be partly open but even a lined curtain would assist those sleeping there The place is great !

Florence trip
Apartment was not clean, floors left our feet and socks dirty. Upstairs shower did not work due to missing glass.
Beds were like sleeping on the floor.
I would not stay here again.
My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. The location is fantastic and very walkable, and we loved the look and design of the room itself. I only had one small issue. We specifically booked this location because it included a washer and dryer but we were informed at the time of check-in that the washer was out of service. It's a very minor issue but it was inconvenient because we packed less clothes with the intention of cleaning them. Still, we would absolutely stay again.
The check in process was a little frustrating because the directions weren’t very clear. Getting up to the apartment was challenging with heavy suit cases. There are 45 stairs to climb. Once you are in the property it’s very welcoming a nice. We enjoyed our stay there a lot. There were a lot of broken things which I feel is typical in a rental but bummed that the dryer didn’t work. I ended up fixing 2 things when I wss ther
We were thrilled with this property! Excellent for a family of four. There was more than enough space for all. Large bedroom with closing door on the main floor along with a large bathroom on the same floor. The other large spacious bedroom was a loft, so it opened to the rest of the unit. There was a smaller bedroom with no door and very short ceiling. It had a single bed and on suite bathroom. The laundry room was also accessed through this small room. It was strange to have laundry and bathroom access off this one tiny room, and disruptive to the person sleeping here. The property was very clean and had fresh remodeled bathrooms. Loved it! The kitchen was nice, although we didn't actually do any real cooking. Just boiled a pot of water for pasta and reheated a pizza. It had everything you could need for cooking and eating if you wanted. This is a walk up unit, so be prepared to carry your bags up flights. It is located within a reasonable walking distance of many sights. An excellent location! Plenty of restaurants close by and a great breakfast cafe at the end of the street and around the corner. Check in directions were very clear and easy to access lock box with the key. Excellent wifi in entire unit. If you plan to use public transportation make sure to plan your route. After being in the city a few days we realized there was a better way to return to our rental car lot than the initial route we took in to the city center. Highly recommended! Stay here!
Beautiful renovated apartment in historic building. The only negatives are the flights of stairs to navigate, 3rd sleeping area is just an open loft and per person tourist tax that wasn't communicated until we had been there 22 hours. The apartment was clean and well done overall.
This spot allows a quick commute to restaurants, cathedrals and museums and with the right size
group, you can grab a bottle of wine and finish off the night in this spacious and comfortable apartment and continue to soak up the atmosphere of Firenze.
The apartment was comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The location was perfect. It would have been nice to have more pillows and towels.
Also more hooks to hang toeless and clothes.
Very happy with the apartment. It was in an awesome location, walkable to all attractions. Nice to stay in a more traditional building.
We were in Florence during a very hot time in July, and the several ACs in the apartment kept us cool. It would have been very warm otherwise.
Apartment is quite open with one bedroom in loft, and 3rd bedroom with own bathroom, but low ceiling. So loft bedroom doesn't have much privacy.
This house was beyond incredible and the pictures do not do it justice. Amazing location in the center of Florance and an overall fantastic experience for our family. Only regret is that we didn't get to stay here longer!
Great location for our visit in Firenze as we could easily walk to sites in the morning then enjoy some relaxing and recharge back in the place late afternoon and early evening before heading back out for dinner and the night. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Comfortable beds, quieter street, and great AC for sleeping. Kitchen was great as well for quick meals and snacking. Responsive and timely communication before and during stay. was
Shower broke and leaked, dryer broke, dried blood on comforter, dirty dishes, no trash bags or hand towels in kitchen, one room had a vent open to the outside let mosquitoes into the bedroom, no screen on it. Ac remote needed batteries, no soap for washer. I had to got buy supplies just to stay in this house. Paper towels toilet paper coffee filters and coffee and sugar. Only supplies that was there was sal and an very old bottle of olive oil.
From start to finish, this was a great experience. Beautiful property, located near so many great things in Florence. Really happy to have stayed here.

Visiting Florence for the First Time
Commuication was difficult at best, arrival at the properly was relieving as we were met by a representative. walking into the property was devastating as we were met with dozens , 4 flights,,,concrete and extremely uneven stairs, and i use the word stairs loosely, they were more like cylinder blocks. we were travelling with my husbands elderly parents and this preseted a huge issue, not to metion a safety factor. No where in the advertisement of the property was this ever dipicted. i understand that many residences in Florence are not on ground level but this was beyond our wildest nigtmare. This must be mentioned when advertising the property as elderly or very young children would find this extremely challenging. The property rep also requested 80 Euros cash for some type of room tax that was never mentioned earlier. Our experience in breathtakung Florence was not diminished by this, however travellers be aware that pictures do not always tell the whole story.
