Desert Submarine House- Heated Pool, Hot Tub, & Putting Green

Uniquely updated house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Relax by the propane heated sparkling pool or practice putting on your private green. Grill outside, or cook in the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel cabinetry. From the minute you enter thru the submarine door to the polished concrete floors of the great room, you will feel the good vibes of this original space. Treat yourself to a sunny Scottsdale vacation with this unique and artistic house as your home base. There is a pool heating fee of $100/day, 3 day minimum.

We have chickens! There are four hens in a fully automated coupe- no noisy rooster! "The Ladies" do not require any care and could supply you with three to four fresh eggs per day. They are happy to munch on vegetables should you wish to give them any.


Unwind on the comfortable couches and watch Cox cable tv with premium channels and voice activated remote. Enjoy super fast Wifi with Cox Gigablast. The master also has a Smart TV with cable and 1 guest room also has a Smart TV

The garage is not available to guests.
The location is perfect for golfing, and family trips. Being close to the Kierland Commons, the Scottsdale Quarter, Old Town Scottsdale, Desert Ridge, City North, the TCP open, Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction, the Arabian Horse Show, and Talking Stick Casino are all a short Uber ride away. There are 6 golf courses within 6 miles of the house.

Great Place in Scottsdale
Great place to stay for a visit to Scottsdale. Lots of kitchen supplies, which makes it easy for a short stay, and nice outdoor spaces. Chickens were fun to have around and never heard them.

Accurate description; great amenities
The property is exactly as described on the site. It also has an incredibly well-appointed kitchen which made meal prep a breeze. The outside area was very well maintained. The property manager was very responsive. We had an issue arise and she went out of her way to assist us.

Home Base for Family Vacation And Meet-up.
This was our home base for different day trips etc from golf to ATV’ing in Sedona to Grand Canyon to spring training. Location was excellent with convenient access anywhere. Loved pool and fresh eggs were awesome! Arlene also gave great recommendation for dinner.

Comfortable home
This home was comfortable for our family of 4. We loved the industrial decor inside and the pictures on the listing were very accurate. The home was well-stocked with extras so I would recommend checking out what's there before going to the grocery store. The weather was not the best when we visited so we did not take full advantage of the nice backyard although we did enjoy the hot tub. Be aware that there is a chicken coop with chickens at the far edge of the backyard. They did not bother us one bit but was slightly surprised by this as I have never rented a home with chickens and I did not remember seeing it in the listing.

Great Trip to Scottsdale
A great house for our family. Some of the positives: -Good location is North Scottsdale. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to highways and attractions. The Music Instrument Museum was high on our list and this house is 10 minutes away. Great shopping and restaurants all around. -House was very well stocked with everything we needed. Wifi, dishes, towels, extra blankets and pillows. Great appliances, TVs, and everything else you need. -Fabulous back yard with pool, hot tub, putting green, and plenty of seating and lounging options. The heated pool was a real hit! The orange trees were full of oranges. We spent great family time here. Everything you want in a nice rental.

Great house and backyard
We were looking for a place with a good outdoor space to relax and get some sun and were super happy with this place. We paid to heat the pool for a few days and it was totally worth it. The house was nice and clean and the owner and manager were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Our home was being renovated due to water damage, and we needed a place to stay for good amount of time and this home was a perfect fit for us! It was very comfortable and close to all the attractions Scottsdale is known for. If we didn’t live here we would definitely stay again!

Great getaway in an excellent location
We had a wonderful weekend here at this perfectly located home in Scottsdale. Lots to do, great places to eat, shopping and several grocery stores are nearby. Only about 20-25 minutes from the airport. The backyard was wonderful and very private. Great space by the pool with putt-putt and a large umbrella with loungers for relaxing. The house itself was the perfect size for us and our two teenagers. Everything was very clean and the main area has a fun industrial vibe. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pans, and kitchen gadgets; everything you might need to cook a meal. The back sliding door could use some love, as it hard to slide at times. But mostly due to age. The main area of the house smelled a little like new construction, which was strong when you first walk in. And lastly, we struggled with the water pressure when bother showers were running at the same time. Other than those few things, our stay was absolutely perfect! Cute little house, perfect location, great outdoor space!!

Great little get away
The house was so nice and the perfect place to get away and enjoy some sun. The back yard was my favorite part. The landscaping is beautiful, the pool and hot tub were the perfect way to kick back and relax. My toddler loved seeing the chickens everyday.

Great house with amazing backyard!!
I would highly recommend this house! It has everything you need to have a fun and relaxing getaway! Three of us wanted to get away for 2 weeks and work remotely. The house is very nice, with modern updates. The kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans, spices, etc. you would need, which we really appreciated. A big bonus of this house is the chickens that lay eggs every day! The owner, John, told us to help ourselves to the fresh eggs and they were delicious! The backyard has a pool, hot tub, and lounge space that's very well maintained. It's very relaxing and is frequently visited by several hummingbirds. The owner, John, was very attentive to our needs and very quick to respond. We would love to come back in the future!!
