Agréable séjour, isolés dans la nature !
Adorable petite maison au sein d'un hameau de 3, entourée de nature ! Proche de Sarlat et des lieux magiques de cette région (Lascaux à 20 min). Nous n'avons pas pu tester la piscine parce qu'en hiver . Mais nous avons pu vadrouiller dans l'immense terrain en contre-bas.

Charmant gîte au calme à proximité de Sarlat
Le gîte est bien équipé, propre, juste ce qu'il nous fallait, pour une famille de 4. De plus, sa vue sur la forêt, sans vis à vis-à-vis, et la piscine juste en bas étaient idylliques pour se reposer au calme. Sarlat est à 10 minutes en voiture, la Dordogne à 20 minutes. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ces 4 jours

Bel endroit.
Endroit sympathique pour le cadre, le silence et la très belle et agréable piscine. Petit bémol sur plusieurs petits points : - Les matelas sont de qualité médiocre - Pas de minimum en arrivant (sel, café...1 rouleau de papier toilette ...) - Des DVD pour les enfants dans un tiroir mais sauf vue défaillante pour nous 4, pas de lecteur DVD Nous avons l'habitude de louer des gîtes et pour ce prix nous avons été quelque peu déçu de la qualité globale de la prestation. Perception partagée par la famille voisine ! Mais le lieu est magnifique, la construction typique de la région, est très belle. D'où ma note mitigée de 3 étoiles. Il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit parfait.

Lovely little gite
We stayed in one of the three gites for 4 nights in mid September (M-Thu). We were a bit unsure until we get to the location as there were no check -in instructions after we booked (and paid) neither via email, nor in the app. On arrival, we had to guess which cottage is going to be ours and how to get in. Even though the place is very small, it is equipped with most of the things you'd need. There is a kitchen with a dining table seating 4 and a living space with a 2 to 3 seater sofa downstairs, 2 bedroom upstairs. One which has a small double bed and the other one with 2 single beds and another single bed between the two bedrooms. It was just us (a couple with no kids), so we were fine inside in the cooler evenings. Apart from a few broken things and lack of light bulbs everything was in good condition. We appreciate it was probably the very end of the season. The swimming pool is big enough to be shared among the 3 gites only if there are 3 couples staying only, I would imagine it could be a bit tight with kids too. Even though it's very close to Sarlat, the roads are very narrow and totally dark, so we wouldn't have gone out for dinner and drive back in dark etc. It is a great place if you'd like to just stay at the accommodation all they and enjoy the silence (if you have no noisy people in the other gites)! Over all, we enjoyed our time, mainly because there were no other guests on site until the list night, so it felt like we've had the whole pool and site just for ourselves.

Bel endroit paisible et typique tres reposant
Belles petites maisons bien restaurées dans le plus pur style périgourdin.Proche de Sarlat et des différents sites à visiter. Dommage que la piscine ne soit nettoyée que le samedi (étant arrivés le mardi beaucoup d'insectes ...) du coup pas de baignade.... J'ai demandé à Nolween de nous procurer une épuisette qui est arrivée le samedi suivant dommage... Revoir l'éclairage extérieur avec cet affreux néon qui dénature le charme des lieux.Changer les fauteuils extérieurs plastiques cassés et dangereux. Comme tous je pense revoir le chemin et boucher les ornières. Sinon tres bel endroit.

.Très beau gîte , rénové avec beaucoup de goût et de respect de l'architecture et des matériaux locaux. Superbe piscine. Environnement boisé, très calme. Repos assuré. Propriétaires charmants.

La grange est décorée avec goût, petite maisonnette fonctionnelle, bien équipée ... Draps et serviettes fournis pour des valises légères... Et que dire de la piscine ?! Grande, au sel, au milieu du terrain et bien protégée... Les propriétaires sont charmants, discrets, tout est très simple ici !! Des vacances top, nous vous recommandons la Grange !!

Toujours dépaysant et calme
C'est la 3ème fois que nous venons et nous tombons toujours sous le charme de la grange avec son poêle et sa pierre apparente. Nous y venons pour nous reposer et prendre le temps de rien. Guitare, lecture, sieste entre 1 morceau de foie gras et une Rosette (vin blanc). La simplicité. Je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles simplement parce que le chemin d'accès mérite d'être remblayé à force de drainage des eaux de pluie, peut-être à prévoir... Merci Nolwenn!

une belle piscine, mais un gîte pas à la hauteur
Les points positifs : la piscine, la proximité de Sarlat, le calme. Les points négatifs : le chemin à peine carrossable, la douche mal agencée, le gîte n'était vraiment pas propre, la propriétaire n'était là, ni à notre arrivée, ni à notre départ. En conclusion, je trouve le Cantou très cher pour les services rendus. Je ne le recommande pas.

nous avons trouvés la campagne très agréable et en plus à cinq minutes de Sarlat et de beaucoup de sites à voir dans se secteur.Quand aux gîtes ils sont très bien aménagés. (revoir le chemin d'accès)

Romantische Ferienwohnung
Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Alles war so wie im Internet beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den gut gepflegten Pool oft genutzt. Vorteilhaft ist auch die Nähe zu Sarlat, das per Fahrrad in kurzer Zeit erreichbar ist. (Der Weg ist allerdings sehr steil)
