Our stay was excellent. Everything about the layout of the home and property is perfect. We shared time with our children and baby granddaughter and this was the perfect environment. The house amenities provide everything you could possibly need. A large comfortable deck facing the ocean with lots of room to lounge, dine, visit and do morning yoga or a relaxing evening hot tub. The hosts are great, relaxed yet attentive and graciously providing everything we might need to make our visit a great experience. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning often.

Lovely property with restrictions

The home and property is pristine and well appointed with easy access to ocean. Host is extra vigilant to be available and aware. This could have been a good thing if we needed more towels and such... but in our case it was not as there was a feeling of being watched from their vehicle being seen back and forth on the small road out front. We had family over to visit during afternoon gathering- it was too much for the host and they belittled me in front of family. It was handled very poorly and it dampened our guest experience for the remaining 4 days of our stay. Too bad and we will not return.

Christine’s home is beautiful and she thought of every detail to make our stay special. It is hard to beat a hot tub with ocean views - would love to come back!

Highly Recommended

We had a group of 4 adults who recently stayed at this property. The property was immaculately clean, with a well outfitted kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. We made use of the supplied games (bocci, and crouquet). The appliances were all virtually new and worked well. Christine was very responsive and the check-in process was very smooth. We would all highly recommend this property. The property is a few minutes drive from Courtenay, but very convenient. Its location was super quiet, and right across the street from a park and the ocean, with views across the bay to Comox. Our only (very minor) complaint would be some minor difficulties locking the front door, and the hookup to the Sonus (both of which could simply have been a result of our own shortcomings).

Beautiful and spacious house with an amazing view of the Comox harbor and the Strait of Georgia. Big patio with hot tub. Tastefully decorated house that is well equipped with all the amenities you might want plus some! Lovely attention to details. Very friendly and caring host.
