The Perfect Family Stay

If 10 stars were an option, this place would get 11. Beautiful, spacious house with up to date fixtures and furnishings. Outside of the house is wonderful and private - the pool stars and kept the entire family busy each afternoon. Wonderful location close to town and beaches. We have already inquired into renting this perfect getaway house again next summer. And, the hosts are awesome and responsive.

Wonderful Nantucket Stay

The house was absolutely perfect! Beautiful house that was extremely clean. Perfectly located in the middle of the island about 5 mins from town. Could not have asked for a better place to stay!

We had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful home for two weeks, and it did not disappoint one bit! I have rented houses on Nantucket numerous times and this house has easily become my favorite that I have ever stayed at. The house is perfectly situated close to town, beaches, the grocery store, etc. Not only is it conveniently located, but the house itself is absolutely beautiful, hence the title. The house is even more spacious in person, is incredibly clean, and clearly a lot of thought was put into it. We loved the furniture selections(both style and brand) and the new deck and patio furniture was fantastic. It truly checked all boxes on the inside and out. Not to mention, the amount beach chairs, towels, etc was awesome, which lead to such a turn key experience for anyone traveling with or without a car. The property managers are absolutely fantastic and more attentive than even the most exclusive hotels we have stayed at. They are beyond nice, thoughtful, and super patient. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with them. Overall, this place is absolutely perfect. It is no-brainer for all looking to experience everything that ACK has to offer. If you miss out on this property, its your loss. Thank you for opening your doors to us!!

Beautiful house in a great location

We just returned from a wonderful stay on Nantucket and couldn’t have been happier with this house. Very private, but also a great central location with only a short drive to our favorite beaches and town (always a plus with small kids!). The house is newly decorated and very fresh and cheerful with lots of sunlight. Large new deck for enjoying evening drinks/dinner or just watching the kids play in the yard. Great hiking trails through conservation land just around the cul-de-sac. Three full bathrooms plus a brand new outdoor shower make cleaning up after a beach day a breeze. Highly recommend!
