Great Location, large common area, dirty dishes. I can't honestly recommend this property given the condition of the kitchen. We have to wash everything we touched. In addition, the toilet is on a vacuum pump, which backs up into the tub. Yuck!

Wonderful location!

We stayed in the apartment in November. The apartment is spacious and there was more than enough room for the 3 of us. The heat worked well, and there was plenty of hot water. Laurence was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The location was amazing! 10 min walk to many great areas/sites. There are also tons of cafés and restaurants within a 5 min walk. We enjoyed our time in the flat and would stay here again.

Great location, cool old apartment

The owner was lovely. The apartment is old, with cool wood floors. The amenities are nice. The third bedroom isn’t private, it just has a curtain to block it off. Love the little balconies!

Perfect in Paris!

Our party of six spent one week in Paris and loved this apartment! It was exactly as pictured and was so close and convenient to everything (a short walk to many sites or steps away from the metro)! Laurence was proactive with advance communication and quick to reply to me and remedy a small issue that we encountered during our stay. It was terrific to have space to congregate and eat or to relax together as a group while also having plenty of room for individual privacy and rest as needed. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Merci beaucoup!!

Live like a Parisian

I stayed here with my family for a couple nights and it is exactly as described. You are really in the heart of Paris in an historic apartment building. The space is exactly as described with plenty of room for our family of four, beautiful views, and 100+ restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk. The hosts were easy to communicate with and provided a lot of information to help with the check in, check out, and operating things while there. If you are looking for a charming space in the middle of the city, you can’t go wrong.

Short stay in Paris

This property is very well situated within the city, accessible to the metro, taxis, restaurants, shops, etc. All major attractions are within 10 minutes. However, the property itself needs a lot of work. Much of the furniture is outdated and broken, the apartment is very cluttered and there are many personal items everywhere. The refrigerator had tons of items in it left over from other guests. There is no ac in the apartment although there are many fans, many of these fans are very old and don't properly function. I contacted the owner/manager several times prior to my arrival and took a very long time to get a response. Only on the day of my arrival was she responsive. I'm sorry to say I would not stay here again, which is sad as it has a great view and it's in a great spot. I needs alot of TLC.

Location voila!

Location is perfect. Easy walk to museums and sites. In the heart of food and shopping venues!! Easy access to Disney on the RER redline!!!! Very positive experience for our whole family.

Convenience and comfort in Paris

Viewed it on the web signed I for four nights. Covid came snd we postponed our visit gor a year. We’ll worth waiting. Everything as listed. We walked to Wuay d’Orsay, Louvre, St Madeleines, etc. Bused to others conveniently. Restaurants of all kinds very convenient. Perfect place.

Fantastic Location!!

What a great central location to spend a week in Paris. The apartment is walking distance from the best of what the city has to offer. And if you don’t want to walk you can hop on the Metro just steps from the front door. I cannot say enough great things about the apartment. It was fully furnished with everything you would need for your stay. The view from the apartment is amazing. It was a perfect fit for our family of five, but could have accommodated even a few more. Laurence is an excellent host and we look forward to staying there again in the future.
