Terrible - Do not stay
I booked and paid in full for this New Year's ski get away on September 25th. The stay was to be December 28 through Jan 2. At 4:30pm, December 27 (the day before we were scheduled to check in), I get a call from the property manager saying that "the owner made a mistake and double booked the place for Jan 1, therefore we would have to vacate early. If we did not accept, we would lose the entire reservation. We had already paid for ski rentals and lift tickets through the 2nd and purchased food in preparation for the full time. There was NO COMMUNICATION at all from the property manager or owner from the day I booked to the day before I was supposed to check in that there was an issue. I was forced to scramble for 3 hours trying to find alternative accommodations which was quite difficult being New Year's holiday. Absolutely appalling.
The place itself was not at all what was advertised:
1) Decor was dated and poor shape
2) Ceiling fans in both bed rooms were broken
3) Advertised washer and dryer was actually a communal washer and dryer shared with other units. So we often had to wait to either wash or dry our clothes
4) Condo was VERY poorly equipped -- little to no cooking utensils, adequate dishware, or glassware
5) Condo slept 6 - however hot water ran out after only 2 people showered -- requiring 15-20min of waiting for the anyone else to be able to take a hot shower. This sucks after coming from a cold day on the slopes
6) Gas fire place barely had heat beyond the pilot light
I could go on, but you get the gist. Folks...if you have a family...DO NOT STAY HERE. Trust me and spend your hard earned money on other more accommodating places.
