Escape to this spacious, well-appointed home -- ideal for two families or a small group. Located on the ocean side of Route 1, our home is just around the corner from downtown Rehoboth Beach. Enjoy the benefits of a stately, quiet community that’s just a short walk to the shops, restaurants, bars, farmers market and events at the beach. If driving is easier, we provide a seasonal parking pass good for any non-metered space in town, including near the ocean.

Renters have access to a large community pool and the Junction & Breakwater hiker/biker trail that runs along the community’s edge. There's also a walkway accessible only to the community that takes pedestrians along the canal to the bridge.

This end-unit townhouse in the private Canal Corkran community offers five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Sunny and bright, the unit includes an open floor plan on the first floor – perfect for gathering – an entertainment area on the second floor and a cozy bedroom suite on the upper level. Grill and dine on the back patio overlooking the pond, or sip a beverage on the second-floor deck overlooking a large grassy yard, perfect for the kids or a game of catch. Our fully equipped kitchen includes a Bosch dishwasher and other high-end appliances, two coffee makers and a stocked spice rack.

The two master suites include queen-sized beds and adjoining bathrooms. Additional rooms are furnished with a twin-sized bunk bed (weight limits of 140 lbs) and two side-by-side twins with bean bag chairs. The third-floor room features a full bed + single pullout. With five bathrooms, there’s no waiting in line! And with three levels, there’s plenty of room to find quiet time.

We provide two parking spaces + a visitor space, with more visitor parking on the property and at the pool.

• Winter weekends are fun in Rehoboth Beach. No crowds but that same small-town charm.
• In season, we recommend renting Sunday to Sunday to avoid Saturday traffic, but we're flexible.
• Bring sheets and towels. We provide pillows, bedspreads, mattress & pillow protectors, or contract with local companies for linen service. (We can provide a list.)
• The community pool opens in late May and remains open through mid-September.
