Terrific all around!

The apartment and location were perfect, as was the host. Located right on the main boardwalk of Portimao, close to all the bars, restaurants, and beaches you would want. The property was neat and well-appointed, and our host met us for check-in and went over all of the details we would need for our stay. I highly recommend!

Great Central Place and Great Ocean View

This place could not have been more perfect. Centrally located with parking and right on the main road and beach. The host was great and made check-in and our trip so easy and pleasant. The flat had plenty of room for the 3 of us and balcony with the ocean view is stunning. I would definitely come back and book this place again.

Great view and close to the beach

This property was perfect for our family. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us plenty of space. The dining room table was great for the one meal we brought back to eat-in (from a local Indian food restaurant). The balcony offered a fantastic view of the ocean and waves, and we were even able to watch a few people learning to surf when the waves were high enough. We walked to the beach, which is right across the street. The property had nice parking behind a security gate and was close to the marina where we were able to take a boat ride to see the cliffs and caves (including Cave Benagil). David was very accommodating and friendly. My teenagers even commented on how personable he was. We would definitely stay here again, and hope to be able to return sometime.

Great stay in Praia da Rocha

We had a great stay in the Apartment and loved the view to the sea from the balcony. David, helped me out to find the way to the apartment, because the streets were closed due to a bicycle race. He picked me up and leaded me to the parking lot. Although there are many people clubbing on the weekends, we couldn’t here anything while sitting on the balcony, so it’s a very quiet spot in the middle of a frequented street. Everything was perfect and I would go back anytime!

2 weeks with the best view

We spent 2 weeks at David’s apartment and had a lovely time. The location can’t be beat with easy access to everything you need as well as the beach. We loved the view and spent lots of time sitting out in the warm air on the balcony when taking a break from the sun. The amenities were better than expected and having laundry make our vacation so much easier. We would definitely return. Thanks so much David!

Beautiful apartment with awesome views,

We loved the apartment and the views. Also, it provided a safe p,ace to park your vehicle. The area had many great places to eat and shop. David was a great host as well. We would have loved to stay there longer because there are places around the area you can drive to and see the most beautiful scenery!

Perfect place to stay at Praia da Rocha

David is a very attentive host. From the moment we rented his property, he provided directions and parking information. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful; that's a perfect spot for breakfast or a glass of wine at the end of the day. The unit is just steps from the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. and free parking is a plus. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our 2-days stay. We felt like home and will certainly stay there again the next time we visit Praia da Rocha. Thanks David!

Great place in an even better location!!

Loved this place and David, the owner, was really fantastic. Spent two days here and had wonderful time. the place is exactly as described and the views are even better than in the pictures. The two bedrooms provide ample space for a small group or family. And the beautiful beaches and cliffs are amazing!

Stupenda vista mare

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento quasi due mesi e sono rimasto subito colpito dalla terrazza, con una vista fantastica, posizione strategica ed invidiabile. Un bel appartamento dotato di ogni confort, impeccabile pulizia, servizi e attrezzature fornite... non manca proprio nulla. Propietari molto gentili e disponibili che ci hanno permesso di trascorrere nella loro casa una perfetta vacanza. Lo terrò in considerazione per le mie prossime vacanze in Algarve e lo consiglio a tutti !!!

Нашей семье отпуск выпал на конец октября. Согласитесь не лучшее время года. Но мы нашли замечательный уголок в Португалии. Во-первых: сама страна сказочная ( уютная, спокойная, доброжелательная), во-вторых: квартира была с шикарным видом на океан, которым можно было наслаждаться с большой лоджии с полным комфортом (столик, стульчики, светильники и т.д.) Квартира подходит для отдыха большой семьи. Для комфортной жизни есть все: на кухне любая техника, которая не всегда даже дома есть, два санузла, WI-FI, все спальные принадлежности, игры, телевизор и т.д. и т.п. Все о чем вы подумаете есть. Да, есть своя стоянка для автомашины, охрана. Весь обслуживающий персонал приветливый и поможет решить любую вашу проблему. Дом находиться по середине набережной. Можно пойти в любую сторону, и вас встретят уютные ресторанчики разнообразной кухни, но нам больше всего понравилась португальская кухня, и магазины. Можно еще много писать и нахваливать, но лучше поезжайте и наслаждайтесь отдыхом.

Апартаменты с прекрасным видом на океан

Выбираем семьей для отдыха эти апартаменты уже третий сезон и каждый раз остаемся очень довольны! Две спальни, гостиная, две ванные комнаты, в обоих есть душ. Полностью укомплектованная кухня: хороший холодильник, стиральная машина, микроволновка, чайник, тостер, вся кухонная утварь и аэрогриль. Постельное белье, полотенца - все в наличии. Кондиционеры. Хороший телевизор с большим количеством кабельных каналов. Особенно в этих апартаментах мы обожаем веранду, на которой есть столик со стульями и с которой открывается великолепный вид на пляж и океан. Пляж находится в 50-ти метрах от здания, а рестораны и магазинчики еще ближе. В шаговой близости находятся продуктовые минимаркеты. Мы приезжаем на машине, поэтому для нас очень важно, что есть парковочное место прямо у здания на закрытой территории. В следующем сезоне мы обязательно сюда вернемся!
