This bright and cheerfully decorated home is located in desirable West Dennis neighborhood along Nantucket Sound. Located only 1 mile to popular South Village Beach and just 1.7 miles from West Dennis Beach. Meticulously maintained both inside and out. Beautifully landscaped exterior with grassy lawn and stone patio! This home boasts hardwood floors throughout, extra living space with the sunny porch, central air conditioning, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower just to name a few.

Area attractions and restaurants include the new and improved Cuffy's, Holly's Deli, Dunkin', Kreme and Kone, Ardeo, Moonfish, Good Friends Cafe, and the delicious "must try" Captain Baker Donut Shop!

Special Note for Spring and Fall stays: Opening and closing of outside shower is weather dependent. Please contact for details.

It is always clean and the neighborhood is always quiet. Just great! Only down point we think it is time for a new mattress in the main bedroom. My mother days it is sunken in on one side.

Great Cape Cod Cottage Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our cottage very much. It was very clean, and looked so nice and bright inside. We ate out, so can’t speak to cooking experiences. We went to a variety of beaches on both the ocean and bay sides, and found this location to be handy to all of them. Restaurants that we went to that we enjoyed were The Old Yarmouth Inn on RTE 6A Yarmouth Port and Scargo Cafe. The Sand Dollar on RTE 134 had nightly entertainment and was fun. One thing I would recommend is some fans. The cottage has central AC, but the air circulation in the bedroom needed a little extra. Some nights were not great for opening the windows. But that is a personal preference.

This year we met the owner and he was very accommodating by letting us in a bit early. The home has central air which is why we picked it last year. The house was clean and had central air which was awesome since we had a heat wave during the stay. The outdoor shower was a nice added bonus. Perfect location to access the beach with lazy river (5 minutes away) and a very short/scenic trip to Bayview and Cold Storage Beach (amazing beaches to watch the spectacular sunsets).

Close enough to be able to ride your bike to the beach, and right in the middle of West Dennis so easy access to all of the restaurants.
