Beautiful penthouse in Building 11 of the Gran Vía just a few meters from the square of Spain plant. Completely renovated, all brand new, excellent quality and amenities. Stunning views.

The apartment has 120 square meters have been refurbished in the very Gran Via in Madrid, in a landmark building, just a few meters from the Plaza of Spain. The apartment is soundproofed and has a large terrace with stunning views of the city. So central that you can walk to all the attractions of the city.

The building has three lifts and a doorman weekdays.
The apartment has three bedrooms, two with double bed of 150 cm and the other with two single beds. All rooms come with wardrobe and TV, and one of them is a safe where they can store valuables.
There are also two bathrooms with shower gel and shampoo provided.
The property is complemented by a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven with grill, induction hob, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils.
In addition to the indoor dining room, the apartment has a large terrace with wonderful views over the Gran Vía with its tables and chairs to dine on the terrace.
The living room has a sofa bed 140 cm for two additional guests.
All rooms have air conditioning and there is wireless internet with exclusive access to 20 Mb.
The apartment comes with sheets and towels.

You are requested not to smoke inside the house, but is has a large terrace where you can do freely.

Gran Via is the center of Madrid. Besides having an impressive architecture full of history, it is close to all tourist and shopping attractions.

Lovely Apartment in downtown location
My family of 5 spent 5 nights in this apartment while visiting for a wedding. The location was convenient for food and shopping, yet high above the street we barely heard much noise as we'd experienced in other cities. Two of the bedrooms were not on the street side, so that helped I'm sure. The apartment was VERY clean and had the right amount of space for us all. We found our family in the floor below us, also with the same host- they were also very happy with their apartment. Would definitely recommend any unit with this host.

Unit was on top floor overlooking Gran Via, one of the main streets of Madrid. Walking distance to the Palace and tons of shopping plus restaurants....Easy check in process, very comfortable beds and new, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms.

Had a wonderful experience/stay in Madrid. Apartment is very centrally located, close to metro and walking distance from all major shopping, attractions and neighborhoods. Alfonso and his staff were amazing, responded immediately, gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and local places to explore. Everything was well stocked and exactly as promised. If you are looking for a professional property manager (thanks Alfonso), spacious apartment with REMARKABLE terrace overlooking the city and a quiet oasis after a busy day of sightseeing - this is your place. My friends consider me pretty picky, and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here. Definitely one of the TOP 3 stays in my long history of travel. What a perfect find!

Excellent location on Gran Via
Three couples stayed in apartment in October 2024. Location was central to most neighborhoods, sites and metro lines. Cafe just outside the door. Asked for 3rd set of keys (1 for each couple) and received them the next day. A bit noisy with construction occurring in the building but otherwise a great stay in Madrid.

Awesome Apartment
Our family of four had a fabulous stay at this comfortable apartment. The space is located in the middle of everything but felt like our own private getaway when we needed to take a break from sightseeing. Alfonso was very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

We loved staying here! The location was fabulous, the views of Gran Via from the terrace (especially at night) were spectacular. It was nice to have a doorman at the building and Alfonso was very attentive of our needs.The living space and bedrooms were very comfortable for the five of us. When we, hopefully, get the chance to visit Madrid again, we will definitely stay here!

Great property to explore Madrid. We used it as our home base for the week. Centrally located! We couldn’t ask for a better location and the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed a glass of wine or a vodka etonica enjoying the beautiful lights of Madrid. Alfonso was attentive and an excellent host.

We have travelled a lot using vrbo and this is one of the best places/locations we have had! Alfonso is very kind and responsive, the apartment is located in an excellent location on Gran Via, walking distance to everything you need to see and also close to Santo Domingo metro station. The view from the balcony was amazing, clean and a comfortable apartment. Air conditioning, three bedrooms and two bathrooms made our stay so pleasant. Even though we were on a very busy avenue there was no noise inside. My children loved this rental and would love to come back. No need to keep looking, book this without hesitation you will love it too.

Very nice apartment in a great location
Our family of 4 (with 2 teens) stayed here for 2 weeks. The apartment is clean, very spacious and had more than enough room for all of us. The beds were comfortable, the patio was beautiful with great views, and the apartment had everything we needed. We didn't cook any big meals just breakfast, snacks, etc. Since we were staying so long, we asked for a cleaning in the middle of our stay and the owner set it up. We paid extra for the cleaning. Communication with the owner over this and at check in was very easy. The location is great, right on Gran Via, but despite being in the middle of all the action, the apartment was very quite. We didn't hear any street noise (and I am a very light sleeper). Only minor thing was that the apartment says it has a washer and dryer. It does have a washer, but no dryer, just a drying rack on the patio (as is pretty standard for Europe). This is probably not a big deal for most visitors, but were were staying a while and would have liked to have a dryer. Being January/February it was cold and rainy a few days so drying clothes outside wasn't convenient. Other than that everything was wonderful and I would highly recommend staying there. The lack of the dryer isn't a deal breaker for me, I just would have packed differently.

Perfect for family vacations
The apartment is in a perfect location, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The roof terrace, from which you have a fantastic view over Madrid, is particularly beautiful. Alfonso is a great host and was always available for us. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.

Luxurious Apartment in Center of Lisbon
My husband and two young adult sons came to experience Lisbon. This apartment is in a great location. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store 1 minute away. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The beds and furniture are comfortable. Manuel was generous with his time explaining how the appliances work. He also provided a booklet with important information. I would stay here again and recommend it to others who are looking to stay in Lisbon.
