This property is on Main Street in Springville, walking distance to banks, restaurants, and other services. Hidden behind a great blue spruce with a fenced back yard. Parking on and off street.

We have some breakfast items such as pancake mix. Feel free to use our coffee maker, waffle iron, toaster, pots & pans, silverware and other kitchen supplies.

Pet's are allowed with extra fee. Events and parties are not allowed be exception only - please message me before booking.

The location of the property is pretty central to the Provo/Spanish Fork area which is great for activities.

Place worked excellent for our family group to stay during our daughters wedding weekend.

Large table in the main living area was awesome for us to gather around and visit during our stay. Water was wonderfully hot with good pressure for showers. We would rent this again. Tim was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely rent again.

Great location for us while filming in Goshen. Not a big house, but big enough for the 5 of us. Owner very attentive and responded quickly to all communications. Cleaning crew could do a better job-thus the 3 stars for cleanliness. Otherwise a great place to stay!

Comfortable home

This was a quick trip for attending a graduation. So we didn't spend much time in the house, but it was clean and comfortable. The Paris room was fun for my daughters. There was everything needed to make a comfortable stay including many basic foods in the pantry. Thanks!

Good try

The property was spruced up - nice appliances, furniture, towels, bedding, etc. But in the end, it is old and retains the old look, sounds, and smells of an old property. I would say it was adequate for our needs which was an overnight stay. We arrived after 10:00pm and left around 7:30 am.

Ok old house, but dirty

Overall, it’s just ok. It’s definitely an old house and that’s fine, but it could be quite a bit cleaner. We found old used coffee grounds in the coffee maker and used towels in the laundry area. Also, the carpets are stained and in need of a deep clean or replacement. Dusty corners and old, unwashed shower mats. We won’t book again when back in the area.

Great for pets

The good points of this vrbo is you get the entire house, and a fenced in backyard. That’s a big deal for us while traveling with our dog. However, the house is off a very busy road, and between a mortuary and strip plaza. A homeless man was sleeping right next to the house one night. There isn’t anything to walk to, except a fast food Mexican restaurant (food was meh). The house is old, there wasn’t a place to put toiletries in the bathroom (used the back of the toilet!)- a shelf would be nice. Beds and pillows were thin and uncomfortable. Kitchen drawers all broken. Nice appliances though! Plenty of bugs n spiders in the house, but I’m from Florida so that didn’t bother me. Overall, good for the price, still better than staying at a hotel w/my dog. (The outdoor furniture could use a cleaning)

Christmas in the snow

We rented this property to spend Christmas with our adult children, and to be in town for the birth of a grandchild. There was enough space in the common areas that we didn't feel cramped when all 8 of us plus day-time guests gathered for food and games. The bedrooms are spread out (2 on the main floor, 2 in the basement) so that there is privacy for everyone. The topping on the cake was a nice big yard for the dogs to play in. We will stay here again the next time we need this much space.

Worked well for our stay.

The house is cute with plenty of space for a small family. The showers are a bit small with low pressure but they do their job. The driveway being on a busy street was sometimes hard to get out of. Other than that the location was nice. It is an older home so you have to understand it has its corks. Beds were comfortable and manager was easy to work with. It is great to have a yard my dog could run in. All in all….. a good stay.

Family roadtrip

Perfect place to stop for a night between Grand Teton and Arches National Park. Home was clean, well stocked and perfect for our large group. That bedroom by laundry has such a huge closet would be perfect for a set of bunk beds added.

Pleasant place to stay

Our family of 8 enjoyed the house. It was in a good location close to the family we were visiting but a little odd smashed in between 2 larger businesses. We had some minor problems but were quickly resolved by the owner. Overall great place that was affordable.

Perfect spot on main st

Tons of walkable stores and overall the best location. We were there for a wedding so 2 bathrooms helped. Very well stocked. Very clean. Lots of extra sheets and blankets. Even with 7 people we had no problems with refrigerator space or eating at the large dining table. The backyard was a peaceful retreat . Highly recommend, and Tim the host was just stellar when it came to communications. Enjoy.

This is on Main Street in Springville (a fairly busy street) between two commercial buildings (Copies Plus Printing + Spring Creek Utah County Mortuary). You may hear some road traffic noise even with windows closed. This location has easy freeway access and is within walking distance to a few restaurants (El Torito Market, Betos, Zub's & Subway). Nearby businesses include UCCU, AutoZone, Bank of American Fork, Johnson Tire Pros, and more.
