Perfect Purple Palace Folly Vacation Apt A

Have fun watching Folly go by from the large private balcony; settle in with a drink on the cozy outdoor sofa and enjoy the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America”

Inside each apartment you'll find luxurious furnishings, including a comfy leather queen size pull out sofa for added sleeping space, a flat screen TV and cool vintage artwork to play up our hipster vibe. The open floor plan invites use of the well equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, all new appliances and generous granite counter space, uniting the banquette and living area to make preparing meals and dining in enjoyable. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Both bedrooms have a king sized bed with quality linens, bedside furniture with adequate reading light, a flat-screen TV and custom furniture cabinetry.
Outside, the live oaks and magnolias shade the back parking area reserved for you to park one vehicle. You'll be just a short walk away from Folly River Park and Folly Pier, where you can fish, crab, catch a meal or shag-dance with locals. Each apartment has a beach cart and two chairs available to use when you're ready to head to the beach.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION OF THIS APARTMENT IS ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND IS IN THE MIX OF COMMERCIAL CENTER STREET ACTIVITY, YOU WILL HEAR THE NOISE. There is not an elevator. There is a load/unload parking area beside the building. Reserved parking is one street behind the load and unload zone and is a 2-3 minute walk to the building.

Short Trip

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Although the apartment is above a bar, the noise wasn’t loud. Apartment was maintained and clean. The beach chairs were a plus (might suggest a beach umbrella, but that is just a thought). We enjoyed our stay very much!

Very cool apartment

This place was awesome! Looks just like the pictures online, very clean and walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. We would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Folly Beach.

Dealing with the property manager was seamless. The property was in a great location to the beach and “downtown “ Folly. The amenities and decorations were just what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Apt was over Bar so noise so loud no sleep until bar closes. Bar had a live band . Place looked very clean but had cockroaches really bad . Apt for party young people . Not for visiting the area and want any peace and quiet

Perfect Getaway

This was an excellent property to rent. We came into town on a whim and were extremely lucky that the apartment was available. We usually stay on the beach with other families, but for the short stay it was great to be in town. The apartment was clean, well maintained and super comfortable. The outdoor living space was key. I highly recommend it.

We had a 2 night stay in this cute apartment there were 4 of us everything needed was provided and the description was spot on. Everything was so close within walking distance and the beach chairs were very helpful although we thought it was going to be a pull along cart more like a stroller. The parking permit wasn't on the counter when we arrived I called the office didn't seem like the same office staff I'd talked to before seemed like a call center? Nobody contacted me so I just left a note on my dashboard and prayed that I wasn't towed. Very enjoyable stay would definitely rent again

Amazing Condo

This unit is perfect! There is a bar underneath the condo so the people watching from the porch was great. Lol. But once we closed the doors we heard nothing inside. My dog loved it also! Super easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Really clean and everything was comfortable. Will rent this unit again for sure!

Much Needed

The property pictures does the actual place no justice. It was much needed. Lowlife bar was a great addition when it came to eating and not wanting to go to far for good food. We can't wait to go back.

Wonderful Stay!

When choosing this property I got a very good vibe from the apartment and surrounding area and it turned out to be very cool indeed! The whole family enjoyed our little vacay and everyone liked the decor and the location! The huge tv’s were really nice and the beds were very comfy! The location, while not oceanfront, had a great vibe over a bar that serves some of the most delicious food ever! We would just go downstairs and have excellent brunch or appetizers and drinks or dinner. Our little guy and our teens loved it! There’s cool places to walk to in the town like little beach shops and other places to dine, dessert and drink like the Irish pub! Beach is not too far away we walked it and the apartment provided beach chairs and a beach-cart.

Great Family get away

Cute place. Comfortable beds. The condo is located right above a cafe so lots of foot traffic and some noise but nothing that kept us up all night. The patio is lovely to hangout and have your morning coffee or morning beer. We would definitely stay here again.
