Excellent villa, great swimming pool and exceptional swimming pool and barbecue

Yes it is outside the city but bus into Aix is easy and Uber back. The trip is worth the lovely quiet setting and superior space.

Perfect stay in Aix en Provence

The property is immaculate and very well furnished. Our group of 10 included 4 children who had many items to entertain themselves including a pool with toys, a trampoline, 2 gocarts and many toys. Property is close to town with easy access to city as well as the hill towns and lavender fields. Host was very accessible and welcoming. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay in Aix-En-Provence

My husband, in-laws, two children (ages 10 and 12) came for our first time to Aix. What a wonderful trip! The house was in a terrific location and only a 10 minute drive from the center. The home was updated, clean, and had great amenities. The kids played in the pool and with the go carts. It also had a nice layout for the entire family. We never felt on top of one another that sometimes happens when you have six people. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved this house and would highly recommend it.

Amazing house

Amazing house which has absolutely everything. Frederic as well was very nice and for every question we got a immediate reply. We went with a big family of all ages (grandparents, parents, kids and baby) and it was perfect for everybody. The kids loved the pool, the table tennis, the cinema and the table kicker. Even for the little one there was absolutely everything like a baby bed and a baby chair. We can absolutely recommend it.

Well-appointed Family Spot

Three grandparents, three adults, and one toddler enjoyed the home, the outdoor amusements, the pool, and the home theater. We were happy with the basics in the kitchen and there was plenty of room for doing some real cooking. So many places are not equipped for a toddler, but this one was equipped for TWO, with high chairs and cribs! In my opinion, steep narrow stairs up to the third level are the major concern for families with toddlers or elderly adults, however one does not need to go up there. Frederic was an excellent host and we hope to return.

A home away from home

We stayed at this property from June 17-24 to celebrate my in-laws’ diamond anniversary. Frederic is the most gracious of hosts and made sure we felt right at home, from the time we booked, to the day we arrived and up to the time that we left. He is very responsive and was so helpful in making us feel welcomed. Sarah and her sister were also so helpful when we tried to make arrangements for an Uber ride. The Villa is located in a gated, quiet community and it is a piece of heaven! It is air-conditioned and has everything you will need for your stay. The pool is lovely, although we didn’t have time to use it much. The piano room is also a nice surprise. Frederic as the host of the Villa is highly recommended!

Une villa ou rien ne manque!

Procédures d’arrivée et de départ, accueil, équipements - tout a été parfait! La villa est très agréable à vivre, les literies top… Le souci? Nous y étions tellement bien que nous n’avons pas visité grand chose 😂 Merci aux adorables propriétaires et à leur beau père pour leur présence discrète et très serviable!

Eine tolle familienfreundliche Villa mit sehr schönem Garten und Pool

Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und war immer erreichbar. Er hat schnellstens auf alle Fragen und Bitten reagiert. Das Objekt ist sehr gut auch für mehrere Familien mit Kindern geeignet, da es verschiedene Schlafbereiche gibt, die gut voneinander abgetrennt sind. Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete grosse Küche mit Essplatz, sehr gute Aufenthaltsräume, sogar einen mit grosser Leinwand (fast wie im Kino), eine tolle Terasse (sehr schön zum Frühstücken und Abendessen), der Swimmingpool ist gross und gut für Kleinkinder gesichert durch ein festes Abdeckrollo. Der Garten ist wunderschön und toll gepflegt. Die Lage ist ruhig und im Grünen, trotzdem braucht man nur ca. 12-15 Minuten mit dem Auto in die Stadt. Kleine Einkäufe kann man im Rahmen von 5- 6 Minuten mit dem Auto erledigen. Das Haus bietet rundherum alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir würden jederzeit das Haus gerne wieder anmieten, wenn wir nochmals in diese Gegen reisen.

Tout était parfait

Une maison fonctionnelle, agréable et de qualité pour des vacances en famille idéales. Qualité de la literie, des équipements, isolation phonique entre les différents espaces. Le top ! Une villa avec tous ce qu'il faut pour ce detendre ou s'amuser. Tout est la, vous avez juste a poser vos valises et profiter de chacunes de vos journées. Et pour courronner le tout le proprietaire et la pour vous quoi qu'il arrive, a l'écoute et repond tres vite au telephone. Nous avons beaucoup aimez et nous recommandons cette villa a chacunes des familles ou amis qui voudra passer un bon moment à Aix ou même Marseille...

Grande et Superbe propriété avec tout le nécessaire.

Superbe villa avec tout le confort nécessaire. La literie est top, tout est fourni draps, linge de maison et de plage. L’équipement est au top et de qualité : télé, salle cinéma, bbq, jeux, il ne manque rien. L’insonorisation des chambres est également très bonne pour que les couches tard ne dérangent pas les couches tôt. On pourrait ne pas sortir de la villa. Des magasins sont proches et accessibles à pied. Aix n’est pas loin sinon. Et pour couronner le tout, Frédéric est super sympa, à l’écoute et arrangeant. Si nous pouvons nous reviendrons.

Séjour entre amis

La Villa est vraiment top, avec des équipements modernes et de qualité. Il y a de l'espace, chacun pouvait se trouver un peu d'intimité pour se reposer, faire du sport ou s'amuser. Le propriétaire est très réactif (il habite tout près donc peut passer rapidement si besoin) Rien à dire à part qu'on y retournerait bien !!
