About this property

Designer 3 bed Luxurious finishings! Sleeps 8. Communal Hot tub pool dry sauna

Stay in my newly renovated home with 3 full separate bedrooms, 2 luxury spa-like bathrooms, a large living area with queen size sofa bed, and nice views of the outdoor green oasis with tons of light. Enjoy cooking in your gourmet kitchen or unwind after a long day of sightseeing and watch your favourite game or Netflix series on your 55" HDTV.

There are lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and asian food (T&T) markets--Costco is within steps of the building. The building is located nearby the Skytrain station that takes you downtown right to the Convention Centre in 5 min and to the Airport in 30. Near Gastown, Chinatown, Yaletown, Rogers Arena, BC Place, Casino and even a movie theatre across the street. You are a 2 min walk from the water to the Seawall.

The Layout:

This 1200 sq ft modern condo features 3 separate bedrooms with lots of closet space and balcony that has great views of Zen garden. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have one queen bed in each and one king bed in the master bedroom. Living area has a queen sofa bed that overlooks the peaceful garden filled with Magnolia trees. It's a very unique place! You have two bathrooms with a large standalone tub and a large walk-in rain shower. One bathroom is newly renovated with real white marble stone from Spain.

Your living room has 55" TV with Netflix, cable, a PS4 (games included), and a dedicated data line bringing in high-speed WIFI. A pull out sofa gives you an additional queen bed, bringing the total for the house to 4 beds.

Your kitchen features new high end stainless steel appliances with touch screen controls- new Bosch dishwasher, Miele Fridge/freezer, Samsung touch screen stove/oven, Samsung washer/drier and microwave. You have all the cookware you need to bake, fry or chop. We've added coffee machine, electric cattle, toaster, food blender and more for your convenience.

My building offers amazing amenities that include: indoor swimming pool, hot-tub, sauna and a fully equipped gym. Your stay also includes a parking stall in our underground parking garage. Enjoy your stay in a beautiful place!

Vancouver experience

We had the most comfortable stay at Igor’s apartment. 4 adults and lots of room for us all, especially as weather not so nice, so we spent a bit of time indoors. Gym was a nice addition on days where we didn’t get out much. Igor was Quick respond to any questions we had and very helpful. Kitchen was very well stocked and ground coffee was a pleasant surprise for coffee maker. Would highly recommend, easy walking distance to Gastown, grocery stores, and so convenient, if going to a game at Roger’s stadium!

Nice apartment, average location

The properly was well suited to our family as it had 3 bedrooms which is hard to find in Vancouver. We booked the apartment to be close to the train, however, found the city to be so walkable that we never used the train during our 5 day stay. However, it was handy when travelling from the airport initially. We liked the private courtyard which was viewed from the lounge and 2 bedrooms. Also the gym which we found across the courtyard in the adjacent building! The properly was very well equipped and clean and tidy. A little more lighting in the lounge area would be good. There is a noticeable amount of homelessness in Vancouver and there are many homeless people in this area in particular, so this may be a factor in choosing the location for your holiday. Overall we enjoyed our stay and found Igor to be a responsive host.

Fabulous stay in Vancouver

Communication with the owner was excellent. The property is a short walk to downtown or around the corner is the expo line, just 3 quick stops to Canada place. Very clean spacious apartment that was perfect for our party of 5 adults

Vancouver Holiday

We were a family of 4 adults, 1child and a baby staying in the unit for a week. The unit was perfect for our needs, very spacious , clean, in a fantastic area and Igor went the extra mile supplying toiletries, hand wash, washing powder etc which is not normally supplied in rentals. We all enjoyed our time very much and a big thanks to Igor for making it so easy. Carol Australia

Short stay in Vancouver

We came into Vancouver a few days before a cruise to Alaska. The location was convenient to locations in Vancouver e.g. seaplane terminal, Granville Market, etc. We used Uber and trips were short and response was fast. The condo was clean with adequate supplies.

AMAZING

Such a bright and beautiful space! Everything was clean and easy to access. Check in was a breeze even with a confusing parkade: this stay was right outside the skytrain station and a stone throw away from Roger’s.

Friends trip

Was happy with the location of the condo as it was extremely close to the hockey rink for us to go watch a game. Nice walking distance to plenty of places to check out. Only issue (which did not affect the use of it entirely) was the shower between bedrooms 2 and 3 didn’t seem to adjust temperature, was stuck on hot the whole time. But overall was happy with the property.

Luxury in Vancouver

This condo was sparkling clean. The beds were comfy with ample blankets and pillows. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well equipped. The view was awesome. Our granddaughters enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood had many nearby restaurants. The train station is right around the corner.

Great stay in a great neighbourhood

The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Good space, clean and well kept. The neighbourhood was easily accessible by sky train and Uber with lots of amenities nearby.

Great place to stay right in the action in Vancouver

We really have a great time at Igor’s place. Close to a lot of restaurants, coffee shows, grocery stores, Costco as well as the BC Place and the Scotia Bank arena. The appartement was spotless and well-equipped. I highly recommend this place. We were 8, meaning one couple has to used the sofa bed, but we still had a really great long week-end.

Pretty Good

Location and property amenities and layout were good. Most item ok better in the pictures than in real life. Check in was terrible did not work as described (described in two different way in two different documents) then difficult to get in touch with manager stood outside for half an hour before we could access. Underground parking difficult to access and find directions not complete and again difficult to get ahold of manager when I did and told him of the errors/incorrect instruction no apology. Got in by trial and error with the four different button on the fob. Once accessed difficult to finf the spot, parking inaccurately labelled by the building/strata and the spot was tiny everyone had to leave the vehicle prior to parking and we drive a mini-cooper. The beginning left a bad taste so we were tainted, the location, size and amenities were good.

Clean condo, easy stay

We are a family of five including three children ages 11-14, and my sister who enjoyed our stay at Igor’s condo. He checked in a few times via text to make sure we had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and condo was very clean. The location of the condo makes it easy to access many local sights. If you have younger children I might suggest staying closer to the Financial District as it felt a bit more safe from this Mom’s perspective. We walked a ton and loved all the shopping and restaurants within a 5-20 minute walk. There is a decent grocery store 3 blocks away. Bring your own bags anytime you shop. Our favorite activity was spending the day on Grouse Mountain. Kids did the ropes course and said it was one of the best they’ve experienced, lumber jack show was entertaining, we hiked a short trip to top of mountain and took picturesque chair lift ride down, had lunch, and saw some cute bears in their enclosed habitat and came within 5 feet of wild deer.

Very nice apartment

Loved the apartment. Location was perfect for hopping on the train and just minutes from Gastown bars and restaurants. When we come back to Vancouver we’ll be looking up this place. Igor’s communication was awesome. I’d give that 6 stars if I could.

Vancouver before cruise

Great location. Bedrooms tight but worked fine. Train noise a bit loud in back bedroom. Igor is very responsive although coffee pot was broken and we couldn’t make coffee in the mornings. Was fine since many coffee shops nearby. AC units were great as it was unusually warm. We had fantastic weather and a wonderful time.
