PLEASE NOTE: POOL CAN BE HEATED FOR $700 FOR THE WEEK. FIREPLACE IS PURPOSELY NON FUNTIONAL.

Located in Atlantic Beach Circle in the Ocean Grove Community, this 5 bedroom direct oceanfront home has 4 full and 1/2 bathrooms with elevator access to all floors. This home is guaranteed to fulfill the vacation of your dreams. There is a private pool along with the ocean steps outside the back gate, making this the perfect escape for the whole family. High Speed Wireless Internet is provided for your convenience.

Ground Level: Garage allowing 2 cars to be parked in tandem. An extra refrigerator to store your weeks groceries. The elevator is accessed on this level making this easily accessible to residents with limited mobility. Beach chairs are also stored here for your convenience.


Level One: Bedroom #1 is a Master Suite with a Queen bed, private bath. Bedroom #2 has a Twin over full size bunkbed and shares a full bath with Bedroom #3, which also has a twin over full size bunkbed. Both bedrooms #2 and #3 have a big covered oceanfront deck.

Level Two: The open Living room and Kitchen with 2 Dining areas that flow beautifully making entertaining a breeze. The light and airy decor create a relaxing space, accented with large windows and covered Oceanfront deck access that allows easy mixing and mingling in and outside of the home. The Kitchen is fully equipped and has a working island and breakfast bar with plenty of counter space with multiple stools.

Level Three: Bedroom #4 has a King bed and covered Oceanfront deck access and private Bathroom. Bedroom #5 is has a Queen bed with its own private full bathroom.

All bedrooms have a Smart TV’s with Cable.

Additional Amenities include: 7 Smart TVs, Washer/Dryer, Outdoor Shower, Private Pool, Garage, and Elevator to all floors.

NO SMOKING. NO PETS.

Rents weekly only from Saturday to Saturday only during peak season. Can rent 3 days or more off season. Check in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 10am.

LATE CHECKOUT IS NOT PERMITTED...NO EXCEPTIONS

This home is situated in the heart of Atlantic Beach. You can walk to restaurants, fast food, local beer and beach shops. Nearby the towns of Morehead City and Beaufort offer shopping, charter boats, restaurants, ferry rides to Cape Lookout light house, sailing and many other ocean and sound water actives. The NC Aquarium is located in Pine Knoll Shores and open year round. Atlantic Beach also offers a Mini Golf, grocery store and movie theater. Take time to enjoy Morehead City and Beaufort as well as going to Shackleford Banks to visit the wild horses. There is so much to see and do or choose to stay and enjoy the beach daily.

Thanksgiving

What a gorgeous, well-appointed, and centrally located beach house! Our multi-generational family appreciated the large rooms, beautiful gathering spaces, million dollar views, immediate access to the beach, and the elevator- which made this special vacation possible. Within walking distance are a couple great restaurants, coffee and donut shop, and a popular local bar- The Tackle Box. The latter is directly behind the house and is a fun place to hang out. We recommend any light sleepers enjoy the beautiful ocean front rooms or pack ear plugs. This house is simply a perfect option for individuals if all ages!

Fantastic Home, Location & Amenities

What a beautiful home complete with everything you and your family and friends need for a relaxing Atlantic Beach vacation. The home is very comfortable with excellent furniture and beds. The decks all have phenomenal views and we even did some Dolphin watching with and without binoculars Not sure there is a better spot to watch the sunset.The host is super responsive and very accommodating. Try The Bite in the Box for breakfast and football food. Their wings are great. Babis is also a great restaurant. Stay clear of the Crabs Claw. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was a memorable vacation.

Atlantic Beach Ocean Front CONDO

We had an awesome stay at this property. The unit was very pretty, clean and well stocked. Private pool and easy beach access were awesome. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. walking distance to a couple of restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

Absolutely loved it

We had a big group and there was plenty of space for us all! Great location with restaurants and shops just a short walk. The house was beautiful and the owner was extremely kind and accommodating. We look forward to our next visit!

Great stay and great host!

This is a beautiful location and property. I have NEVER stayed somewhere so wonderfully stocked. The kitchen is perfect and even has spices, coffee filters, cooking oil, dish soap, and dishwasher pods. There are more than enough beach chairs, boogie boards, floats, etc. for a large group. The owner sends clear check in/out instructions and was very responsive both before and during our stay. The only 2 problems we had were that the smart TVs don’t work in most of the bedrooms due to an Internet problem, and because of the same problem, I was unable to keep in touch with my work. The internet, however, is not in the owner’s control. There is also no shade at the pool so it can get very uncomfortable during most daylight hours. I will definitely plan to stay again!

Family Fun Time

We had a great week at this beach house. We have stayed at many beach houses over the years, and this one was the most well-appointed. The house had all of the necessities needed right when you walked in the door. We typically buy everything in advance (TP, paper towels, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, kitchen supplies - sponges, dishwashing detergent, etc, etc) bc there is nothing worse than driving 10+ hours to then have to go to the store for immediate provisions. Very well stocked throughout. Very comfortable and spacious. Plenty of screens too. Good instructions everywhere. There were also plenty of beach chairs & boogie boards. We bought some in advance too, and "donated" them to the pile. Quiet area. Clean beach. Eateries in your backyard. We never left the area. The owner was easy to communicate with, and very friendly. We would love to go back. Thank you!

Oceanfront Condo was great!

We chose July 4 week for family vacation. Pool and elevator fabulous. My 6 yo grand mastered his swimming skills there. Noise/music from Tackle Box Bar on 4 of the 7 nights until 2am made it difficult to sleep if you were in the Bar -facing rooms. Bring ear plugs. Bunk bed mattresses good for kids, not adults. Suggest putting larger trash cans in bedrooms and bathroom. Well equipped and supplied kitchen! Beach chairs were low-sitting, so I used the "chair" one that I brought. No shade on pool deck until Sunset. Used my umbrella :). Ideal location to watch fireworks display from deck (along with the 10,000+ beach goers 9pm. Beach was crowded this holiday, since next to public parking lot. Davis Beachwear Italian Ice was a hit: $5 for a 6 oz. cup best bargain. Overall, expect double prices at restaurants from last year.

Exactly as advertised

Everything that was described for this listing was exactly as advertised. It was a great location in the middle of everything. We have 3 small kids so being right on the beach was perfect. It has a ton of beach chairs and toys so don’t worry about bringing your own. 10/10 would book again.

Our Summer Vacation

Our stay was great. Close to the beach and easy access to the beach. Also having a pool is a must for children. The house was wonderful. I would recommend this unit. Property owner is a very nice person. Everything in this home is very formative on what you are to do. Plan on vacationing her again.

Super fabulous

We had a fabulous time in this home in Atlantic beach. The location of the house was perfect, close to beach, within walking distance of places to eat and shop. Plenty of activities going on during the week that we didn’t expect but really enjoyed. We would definitely rent this home again. The house was beautiful and so well equipped with everything we could have needed. The elevator really came in handy. Beautiful home, perfect location, worth every penny!!!

Family Birthday Gathering

The property is beautiful and our stay was great. My grandchildren visited us while we were there and the children had a great time on the beach and in the pool. Everything about the trip was positive except for the construction that was going on for 2 days at the property next door. The construction crew was very loud and it disrupted our family experience on Saturday and Monday. The cost for those 2 days should have been reduced due to the constant disruptions and noise. I wish we could have known about the construction. We would have arranged our days to avoid it. We would definitely return to the property but the next time we will make sure to ask about possible construction that might be happening. Thanks for asking for our feedback. Judith Rudokas

Wonderful experience

Beautiful property with exceptional amenities. Our children and grandchildren gathered with us to celebrate my husband's 75th Birthday. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely oceanfront home.

We love NC beaches. This was our best overall place/location so far we’ve stayed at. You can’t be in a better location to be able to walk to places and have the beach right out the door. We never even bothered with the pool since we chose not to pay to heat it and never needed it. Seriously won’t be disappointed staying here

Great Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home during our family beach vacation! The beach access and view from the house is perfect. The house was clean. The pool was perfect! Key Notes: - Plenty of beach chairs - Plenty of beach toys & boogie boards - A lot of pool floaties - Paper towels & toilet paper provided The only thing I would suggest, is curtains/blinds in the kitchen area as it was awkward having people from the bar porch behind the house staring right into the kitchen. - not terrible, just was awkward. To each their own, though. This house is absolutely worth renting!

Beach vacation with family & friends

The house was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with cookwear, dishes, & utensils. Amazing ocean views from all the decks. Walk out from the pool onto the beach. Spoke with the owner who was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house and location!

My family and I had a great vacation at this house. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the bars and restaurants. House was very clean with spectacular views from every floor. The pool was bigger than I thought, but still not something you can swim in, just relax and cool off. All in all a great trip and great house. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely Perfect !

Property was even better than described! Very clean and lots of room. Very comfortable beds. Owner was very responsive to our needs, from booking through the duration of our stay. Beautiful views from the balconies. Lovely pool! Volleyball net right in front of the property. Clean beach. Excellent people-watching, being on the end unit. Plenty of good take-out food within walking distance. It was perfect for our family gathering. Thank you, John!
