Great place to spend your quarentine. Enjoy the high ceilings and view of the green field with running track below. Supermarkets close by, as well as convenience stores and take out restaurants. Walk two blocks to the beach. Feel the sand between your toes and the soothing sound of the ocean waves! Take a deep relaxing breath from the rest of the world and come to Paradise!

This is a modern, new 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, very spacious with all the comforts and the best location in Playa del Carmen! Enjoy the luxury and tranquility of this beautiful place, two blocks from the beach, a block from Fifth Avenue walking street with the best shopping and fantastic local and international restaurants. There is a concierge in the lobby 24.7, cameras, and codes to get into the building. The huge infinity pool and well-equipped gym are on the rooftop. It is equipped with a washer and dryer, however laundry service and maid service are also offered. Hotel safes are in each room.

Nice place and good location
We liked the location with a supermarket being just a block away and not far from the beach and 5th Avenue. The living room was roomy with high ceilings which made it seem spacious. Be aware that when you book this listing that the owner wants to charge you for electricity which is not indicated in the description on VRBO. This should be stated in the booking and not come as a surprise later when it's too late to change your booking. It's unusual for booking that's only 7 days long to be charged for electricity. Overall, it was a nice place and a nice experience.

I love adventure and traveling. Playa del Carmen is a great place to relax and play. I'm an avid yogi and salsa dancer, and love the ocean and swimming, so it fits my lifestyle. I also live in San DIego where I have another Fifth Avenue rental and Solana Beach., and in the center of upscale Doral (Miami) where I rent a studio. I've done short term rentals for ten years and have had lots of great experiences with my guests. I keep in contact with many of them. I love people and knowing of their life experiences. Why they chose this property

This property is unique for many reasons. It's situated in front of a recreational running track for the city, so it's like a vast area of green lawn. Sitting on the patio drinking coffee in the mornings and watching runners can be entertaining, as well as in the same Villanueva Deportivo there are exercise classes and dance classes morning and evenings. There are restaurants within a block each way, as well as the ocean two blocks away, and Fifth Avenue for walking a block away.

What makes this property unique

You can take a brief walk to the ocean, five minutes away, visit the rooftop infinity pool and take a sunbath as you view the island of Cozamel in the middle of the Carribean. Then you can take another five minutes to walk a block to Fifth Avenue walking street which goes all the way down about a mile at least to the Cozamel Ferry; you will also find every type of store and restaurant imaginable from Victoria Secrets to H&M.
