Just stayed at this beautiful property for 2 weeks with my family and we all loved the house!

The house is located a short walk to the village of Arzon where you can find a boulangerie and butcher amongst a few other shops. Easy walk to the marina of Port du Crouesty. The house is spacious, clean and bright, and all you need to cook and entertain. We definitely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property

Schöne Tage am Golf du Morbihan

Ker Anna ist ein sehr ansprechendes und geräumiges Haus, top im Zustand und schick eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Haus liegt ruhig auf einem großen Grundstück. Das idyllische Ortszentrum (toller Markt), die schicke Hafenpromenade (viele Restaurants) und das Ufer des Golfs (Romantik) sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Kurz: die perfekte Unterkunft für schöne Tage am Golf von Morbihan.

Superbe maison à Arzon

Très belle maison fraîchement rénovée dans un quartier calme. Tout peut se faire à pied depuis la maison, à 5 min des commerces du bourg, et une quinzaine minutes du port et de la plage. Propreté impeccable, plein de place pour se garer, jardin et terrasse pour profiter du beau temps. On a passé un super weekend du 8 mai. Je recommande 👌

Vacances en famille

Nos vacances se sont très bien passées. La maison est idéalement située, proche de commerces et pas loin des plages. Elle est très bien équipée, tout y est. La communication avec les propriétaires s’est très bien passée et sur place avec le gérant également. Seuls petits bémols : une chaise haute et une petite baignoire aurait été un plus + indiquer sur l’annonce que la maison du gérant est attenante mais sinon au top ! Nous recommandons ++++

Une maison idéale

Malgré une météo maussade, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et c’est en grande partie du fait de la maison. Hyper fonctionnelle, agréable, parfaitement située, elle est aussi confortable a l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur. Superbe jardin, avec une table très agréable par beau temps. Les chambres sont calmes et agréables, les matelas neufs. La cuisine est idéale. Bref, nous recommandons cette maison sans hesiter!

Belle maison , belles prestations

Belle maison , spacieuse , bien équipée , décorée avec goût . Terrain agréable , salon de jardin , barbecue .... Idéale pour une grande famille ( la mise à disposition d'un lit bébé serait un plus ). Vue la localisation , des vélos seraient les bienvenus . Sinon PARFAITE

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in diesem hübschen Ferienhaus in Arzon. Das Haus ist topmodern und bestens ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über alles, was man braucht, mehrere große Töpfe und Pfannen, genügend Geschirr, Besteck, auch Dosen zum Aufbewahren oder Mitnehmen sind vorhanden. Es gibt einen nagelneuen geräumigen Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach, eine Spülmaschine und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Der Induktionsherd ist sehr modern und super schnell, außerdem gibt es einen Backofen und eine Mikrowelle. Draußen steht sogar noch ein Holzkohlegrill. Sowohl drinnen als auch draußen ist genügend Platz für 8 Personen zum Essen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und hell, es gibt viele Fenster und genügend Platz für Kleidung und Gegenstände. Die Betten sind bequem und sauber, die Badezimmer geräumig und komfortabel. Es gibt ein großes Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken und einer Dusche, ein weiteres Badezimmer mit einem Waschbecken und einer Dusche ist durch das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss zu erreichen. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Toilette mit Waschbecken, im Obergeschoss ist eine Toilette in einem eigenen Raum direkt neben dem Badezimmer. Im hinteren Teil des Grundstücks wohnen die Vermieter, das stört aber überhaupt nicht, man bekommt von denen fast nichts mit. Auch von uns waren sie scheinbar nicht gestört, auch wenn wir zwischendurch sehr laut waren, dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Vom Ferienhaus sind viele Strände fussläufig zu erreichen, in 10 Minuten ist man in der Stadt und am Hafen, einen großen Supermarkt gibt es dort auch, außerdem einige kleine schöne Läden. Es gibt fast jeden Tag einen Markt in der Nähe an verschiedenen Orten, immer Fußläufig zu erreichen. Dort gibt es frisches Obst und Gemüse, Fisch, Käse, und natürlich auch Souvenirs, schöne Kleidung, Schmuck, alles was man sich wünschen kann. Am Strand kann man sich auch Boote ausleihen, und es gibt zwei Fahrradverleihe in der Gegend. Mit dem Bus kann man für 1,50€ nach Vannes fahren, die Fahrt dauert ca. 1 Stunde. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist auch nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Außerdem ist die Natur sehr schön, die Landschaft ist flach, mit wenig Steigung, und es gibt schöne Wanderwege entlang der Küsten durch die Natur. Wir sind sehr sehr zufrieden und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Arzon!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très bien située à Arzon à proximité du centre village. La maison est grande lumineuse propre et bien équipée ; les pièces sont très spacieuses. La communication avec les propriétaires et accueillants s’est très bien passée.

Un moment agréable et reposant

Nous avons séjournez quelques jours en famille pour pouvoir se ressourcer et décompresser et la maison était très sympa, fonctionnelle et agréable. Accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires et petite attention à l'arrivée appréciable. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires qui nous ont fait une belle visite de leur maison, celle ci est moderne, confortable et correspond à l'annonce. Elle est très bien située près d'un joli bourg avec ses commerces, son marché du mardi et son joli port avec ses magasins, sa crêperie (Broceliande) et ses nombreuses randonnées. Nos amis ont également apprécié cette maison et merci au couple de jeunes qui loge à côté et très serviable. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Rien à signalé. tout est "top" la maison est très bien distribué, tout est nickel les 2 douches à l'italienne parfaite, les 2 toilettes, tout fonctionne parfaitement, batterie de cuisine et accessoires tout y est il ne manque rien. C'est ++ Excellent accueil par les propriétaires, très à l'écoute. L'annonce reflète parfaitement le réel. Je recommande.

Très bons moments à Arzon

La maison correspond parfaitement à sa description tant à l'intérieur que dans sa proximité avec le bourg, les plages et les possibilités de randonnée. Elle est récemment rénovée et très bien équipée. La cuisine est richement dotée. Les chambres sont lumineuses et spacieuses. Nos hôtes ont été sympathiques, très accueillants et ont facilité notre séjour. A recommander sans hésitation.
