Beautiful home close to Broadway
We loved this location and home. Ubers to Broadway were $6 and we even walked home one night. The home is beautiful. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Townhome
We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. The townhome is beautiful, well laid out, and well stocked with a keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, etc. The location is up and coming with a lot of construction in the area. It’s close to downtown (a short Uber ride. Overall, the space worked out well for us.

Communication was excellent. The house was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Only downfall was that there was no garage door opener or code given to get into the garage. One of us would have to go around the building to the front door and walk through to open the garage. Several places in a couple minutes of walking distance to explore. Downtown was a short Uber ride. We loved it and would definitely recommend!

Nashville getaway
The property was great for the six of us. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We were close to the airport and Broadway. Walking distance to a couple of coffee shops and distilleries.

So comfortable and convenient
My sisters and our friend loved this roomy condo. It’s quiet and very comfortable, and just a 5 minute drive to downtown. Highly recommend, and would stay there again.

Perfect for three couples!
We were very comfortable and the location was convenient for all of our sightseeing activities. The property is beautifully appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Each couple had plenty of privacy. It was nice having a garage. You will love this location and property.

Cute townhouse close to everything!
5 of us rented this cute house for a 40th Birthday and it was perfect. Close to Broadway. Quick Uber ride to and from. Close to the Gulch for food and shopping during the day. House was super cute and enough space for us all (we could’ve had more people and been just as comfortable). This was our first trip to Nashville and it didn’t disappoint.

Great place - Expanding Neighborhood-Close to great bars and restaurants
Girls’ weekend, and the property was as advertised in the photos. Very big living room and kitchen - perfect for our group of 6. Bathrooms off of each bedroom were also a great feature. Easy walk to several bars and restaurants, and a short Uber to Downtown. There was lots of construction that seemed to always start at 5:30am - but it’s an expanding neighborhood, so that’s to be expected. The neighbors claim they were broken into, but based on their story we think they left everything unlocked - to include their vehicle. Bottom line, it’s a metropolitan area people, use common sense, and lock your stuff up! Great place - would absolutely stay again!

It was great! The only big issue was it was advertised as having all king sized beds & there was only one. In addition, it would have been nice to have a regular coffee pot instead of a Kerig or along with a Kerig. The host was fabulous! She/he always responded to our questions promptly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room for three couples. Located close to downtown and several bars/restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend Gabby's, Lucky's and Jackalope Brewing.

We absolutely loved our weekend here! The house was stunning and comfortable. It was very roomy & super close to downtown. My only wish was that there was a full length mirror in the house somewhere!
