Cabin One is 2,068 sq. ft of modern convenience with three bedrooms including 2 bedrooms with king size beds and TV's, 2 queen size sleeper sofas in the main hall, 3 bathrooms, 1 twin bunk bed bedroom , full kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 big screen TV's, wrap around deck with patio and BBQ. There is an ADA ramp into the cabin. All furnishings and art throughout the resort are part of the sale. A vacation house for 10 with nature views in modern comfort.
The cabin is wonderful for small groups, family reunions and business retreats.

Great place to unplug and relax!

Great place to unwind, unplug, and relax. The house was comfortable, roomy, and was just far enough on the resort where we had privacy, but close enough to resort activities. The restaurant and bar was great alternative (if you didn’t want to use the well appointed kitchen at the cabin!) We rented a pontoon for a day and it was a relaxing beautiful day on the water. John, the owner and his staff were so nice and friendly! It was conveniently located close to Crater Lake and the drive there was beautiful! The only negative for us was the 7 hour drive to get there, otherwise we would probably come more often! Thank you for the relaxing stay!

Good for visiting Crater Lake

Was very happy with stay other than the communication from property owner. Did not reply to questions sent in VRBO messenger and never sent checkin instructions. Finally reached them by phone day of a few hours before. Staff on site was very nice. Our room and amenities were great. Restaurant was great and Marina was fun. Communication was my only complaint.

Excellent Cabin

The cabin was so beautiful on a wonderful property, it was also very quiet and felt completely safe. It’s well kept/maintained which totally stood out to me. A restaurant and bar were conveniently steps away from our cabin which was awesome to have, especially since there’s no other grocery store restaurants/bars nearby - the next closest town with shops is about 45 min away. The options to rent a boat, pontoon, and/or a kayak was a plus!! We will definitely come back! I highly recommend this property!

This is my first time ever leaving a review or booking a house. The property was absolutely amazing. The house was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The staff was helpful and very friendly. A relaxing visit in comfortable and spacious cabin

This large and well equipped cabin was a great spot to relax with family. The kitchen has everything you need except a dish rack. We played games and watched movies. The setting is great for kids and dogs, and access to the Lake is fantastic. It’s a gorgeous spot for kayaking and fishing. The lodge restaurant was the only disappointment. There was only one person who was heroically trying to do everything. The very basic menu was further limited by the lack of stock of a number of items. That said, Julia pulled together some good salads. Thanks Julia! Overall I highly recommend Harriman’s for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

Family Reunion

Property was in a good quiet location. Check in an out process was not defined. Had to look for the owner to get keys. Very clean with plenty of kitchen wares. No instructions for operating the TV. Never did get it to connect to anything. Owner just needs to put together an instruction manual for the property. But the location is nice and the home is very comfortable.

Beautiful cabin

Absolutely beautiful cabin. Large and spacious and very comfortable. Conveniently located about 45 minutes from Crater Lake. My daughter and I loved sitting in the bay window seats and reading our books while looking out over lake. Very kind, helpful woman working so hard at the restaurant. Highly recommend staying here. Such an amazing property!

The cabin was beautiful and the setting was perfect for a quiet family vacation.

Enjoyed the open floor plan of cabin #1 which allowed for the entire family to interact. The three bathrooms were perfect for our large group. The property is a bit off the beaten path so I would recommend bringing supplies with you. It’s about a 40 minute drive to a traditional grocery store. Ziplining location was just down the street and was enjoyed by all family members. If you are thinking you want a place to swim in the water, this location is not that. Water is a constant 42degrees. The family did rent a pontoon boat and floated around and took quick dips in the cold water but too cold for swimming. We also paddle boarded and kayaked. The water was perfect for those activities.

Beautiful property with spectacular views. The management was quick to respond to questions and concerns. The cabin itself was spacious. The only issue we faced was that the kitchen utensils were pretty cheap.

Our stay is always a good one

We have stayed at this property at least 2x before in the winter (pre VRBO booking) as we have family that live less than 1/4 mile away. It has always been clean for us. The cabin is warmed, blinds are wide open to take in the views! We stayed with 4 adults and 4 kids. There is plenty of space for us inside. The *only* thing we’d like to see for our next winter trip, is a coat rack or several hooks for jackets and snow gear along the wall when you first come in the door. The fireplace doesn’t seem to work, which doesn’t matter to us- the heater kept the cabin really toasty! We will be back! Thank you!

The home was roomy and well kept up...you are insolated from town...at least 20-30 minutes to Klamath Falls...water was too low for a boat ride and the restaurant is limited there.... we sat for over an hour before they even started preparing our dinners..someone in our party went in to the kitchen and offered to cook. meat was basically raw....

Lovely get away for family gathering.

Big, beautiful one level house with comfortable sleeping accommodations and 3 full bathrooms, big kitchen plus dogs allowed. Plenty of kitchen tools plus nice plus if washer dryer. Loved the kayaks nearby and selection of DVDs, TVs. Short trip to Crater Lake ( as much as possible). 35 minutes to Klamath Falls for groceries or gas so be prepared for that. Lovely home— we’ll definitely return when we come again to the area with a group.

Cozy and well maintained property, with all amenities of a regular 3 bed 3 bath house hold. The property has very peaceful and natural surroundings. The lot is shared with motor home campers. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

Broken WiFi and rude staff

WiFi didn't work at all for us during our entire stay. No T-Mobile service, so really felt unmoored. The property owners/caretakers couldn't do anything beyond restarting the modem, which didn't help. The staff/helpers are not really empathetic or helpful. The restaurant staff are also rude. Being understaffed is not an excuse to snap at the diners and be rude. The house itself is good and we enjoyed its grandeur.

Great House/cabin for family vacation

Beautiful place to stay. Super comfortable and well maintained. Great base for us with our adult kids. From the picture I thought the cabin was right on the water. It still had a view and was a lovely relaxing place to be.
