The Space:
Deschutes River Lodge has 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half-baths. The living room and dining area join in an open layout, great for entertaining, and feature a large rock fireplace with expansive views of the backyard and the Deschutes River. 

Preparing meals is a breeze in the well-stocked chef's dream kitchen. The kitchen and breakfast nook offer gorgeous river views and a patio perfect for enjoying your morning coffee from the plumbed coffee machine or espresso machine while taking in the sounds of the morning.  In case you need to get in a little work, hide away in the art room with a built-in desk and space to work. 

Enjoy a secondary kitchen and 8-person bar with a game area upstairs, including a pool table room, and game table. Look out onto the Deschutes River from the heated balcony while watching the sunset over the river and enjoy an after-dinner beverage.

On the main level, you will find the King Master Suite. The King Master Suite features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, great views, a walk-in closet, seated vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Additionally, upstairs there are 3  large bedrooms with queen beds, each bedroom is stocked with its own single-cup Keurig machine for you to have your cup of joe in the morning. There are two office rooms with Murphy beds for extra guests.

A geothermal system keeps this home pleasantly cool throughout the summer months and warm in the winter. Secondly, there are multiple wood-burning fireplaces and built-in gas fireplaces for the feeling of coziness throughout the year. 

Outside, spend peaceful summer evenings relaxing on the spacious covered deck or in your very own hot tub. When staying at this home you`ll also have access to a private dock, two kayaks, a canoe, and a paddle board. Enjoy an abundance of security while staying at the private estate with a fully fenced 1.5 acres, state-of-the-art alarm system, and fire safety system as well as having access to park multiple cars in the garage. Take advantage of the covered parking in the pull-through circular driveway.

Guest Access:
The owners have given access to almost the entire house: 1 room is closed for owner storage. RV storage and 1 bay are not available in the garage.
