The unit was nice but the bedding in all 3 bedrooms was dreadful. Very old mattress that are way past their useful life.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very dissatisfied. After needing to cancel the owner told my wife if they rented the rental we'd get a full refund. They rented the first day, never told us and we're going to just forfiet our rental and keep put 4k without even a notice. And when I enquired encountered a rude very opionated woman who treated me like complete ****. Will never use them for a rental again. I advice against their service.

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH VRCLUBONLINE
I booked this unit not knowing that the registration was going through VRCLUBONLINE There were several maintenance issues and the only way to contact VRCLUBONLINE is through email. They are slow to respond if they respond at all. The washing machine was not working so I contacted them, they did not respond for 3 days, so we were unable to wash any clothes or linens. We were staying for a week so this was a problem. I asked for discount off our weekly rate since the washer wasn't working. My request was not even addressed, so I sent it again and I was sent the following message "Sir for the issue, the weather was great, hope you had fun." I assume the "Sir" meant "Sorry". Since my request for a refund was not addressed, I sent another message. I then received a response stating "They did not guarantee appliances in the unit". How can they advertise them if they can't guarantee them? There were other maintenance issues that would take too long to mention. I would NEVER RENT FROM VRCLUBONLINE AGAIN.

Pleasant Stay
We loved this property. The location was amazing. It was so close to the beach that we didn’t even use our sand wagon. We had an issue with the washing machine but we emailed and they ended up doing our laundry for us because it was going to take time to get it fixed. That was a major help. Definitely would stay again!

Not sure about VR Club
We arrived at 4pm Saturday evening to immediately discover a faulty fuse box popping. I emailed and was told it might be Monday before they could get an electrician. This was affecting the air conditioner. If we wanted to run the AC, the fuse box popped loudly (it’s in a bedroom). We didn’t unpack because we didn’t feel safe. It took multiple emails and sending videos of the sparks and sounds coming from the fuse box to get an electrician ordered by VRClub. We were there at 4:00, stressed and emailing asking for help until an electrician was finally ordered, he arrived about 10:00. Quick fix, a partially melted fuse was replaced, then we unpacked enough to sleep. I was asking them to pay for us to go to a hotel, was told maybe a discount for the first night. We’ll see. I don’t know if this would have been handled differently by a property owner, but you’d think VR Club wouldn’t have had access to a maintenance person in less than 6 hours. It was frustrating.

Love the location of this condo, very easy to get onto the beach. Small enough for all to have a spot right in front of the water. Inside was very clean, everything worked correctly and we loved to whole experience. Already discussing renting it again for next year.

Fun Time
The rental was a great location and had plenty of room. Best part was the beach was way less crowded even on Memorial Weekend. You have to drive to most places but very short drives. Would definitely stay here again!

It was great but....
The condo was very spacious and clean. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived. I was told a new one had been ordered. I hope the people before us washed the dishes! Also we were there 4 days and all 4 days the elevator was not working at different times of the day. The day we left it was not working. It made it very hard for my 92 year old mother, who uses a walker, to go down 6 flights of stairs.

October 2021 Getaway for two
This was the cleanest condo we have ever rented anywhere. Very impressed. Loved the location and the fact that it is a low rise. Less people for the beach. The only negative (2) is that the pull out faucet needs to be replaced. It will spray you if you pull it out to use it. Also, the dishwasher didn't work, which I didn't find out until the night before we left. We will definitely be back!

The property is in a good location with an excellent view. And the floor plan offered a lot of space. Construction outside caused a sign to be put up that said "no assigned parking during construction". The next day there were 6 notices is attached to my car saying that my car would be towed. The dishwasher never worked. Someone did look at it. That same person got the ice maker to work for us. The place needs updating. There were over a dozen dusty arrangements of silk flowers that really should go. There were tired, large pieces of furniture that could be donated.

Very nice accommodations. Beachfront and beachfacing apartment was convenient with a great view. Reasonably priced. One small issue: This is likely not related to VRBO but something you should know. We rented an umbrella and two chairs for 4 days and my wife paid $100.00 dollars in cash to the young man. On Friday (the last day) the young man came to us and asked for Mr. Barron (me) and said we owed $210.00. I called my wife over and she explained she had already paid for the 4 days. The young man and the girl with him then realized “oh yes they did pay us already.” Coincidence-maybe or maybe not. To their defense that is a very fluid business with families and individuals arriving and leaving all the time so that has to be a real headache trying to manage the accounts receivables. In regard to our stay I would return to Marlin/Dolphin Key in a heartbeat. A great vacation experience.

Very pleased with unit , love the detailed listing of this property . The beach access is short and easy, beach wasn’t crowded not a lot of big condos around . Loved it! There was construction in the roof so parking was limited hit was allowed to park in grass in front . Parking underneath was first come first served.

Great Location
Right on the ocean and beach. This was a great location, view of the beach and ocean every morning. Really just a few steps until you feet are in the sand. This is a low a rise condo very easy to get in and out of . The beach was not crowded that is what i was hoping for when i picked this area. The condo was nice , comfortable and clean. This location did not disappoint!!!
