The master bedroom has a KING SIZE BED and large flat screen TV. The shower/tub combination and granite topped vanity bathroom is convenient to both the master bedroom and the living area. The balcony has comfortable furniture to enjoy the gorgeous Gulf front views!

Very Nice!

We enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach. The condo was very nice! Please consider purchasing another sofa. Very uncomfortable. Ice Maker for the refrigerator would be nice. The view of the ocean was amazing! Wow! It was too cold for us to walk on the beach however it was so good to get away for a few days! There is HEALING! in God's Water! We plan to visit again!

Beautiful Condo

We came down for a week to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. The condo was absolutely perfect. Very clean and well kept. The view from the balcony was perfect. We come to OBA yearly and this by far was the shortest walk from condo to beach. The huge TV on the living room was a bonus too. Would highly recommend this unit / building to anyone.

Great weekend

Had a great weekend with my parents, we enjoy staying at the Phoenix I great fun, the condo was great with the perfect view, now i will only give 4 stars because the sofa bed was horrible we wanna sleep on it and you could feel the bed springs, the person had to sleep on the couch since it was impossible to sleep on the sofa bed, might wanna get new mattress for that.

Vacation 2024

The property at Phoenix 1 was clean and very family-oriented. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available to rent each day, which was a plus. However, it would have been nicer if one set was automatically included, but the prices weren’t bad, so it was okay. The staff was very helpful. When my sister and her husband came to visit, they were allowed free visitor parking in addition to amenity wristbands, which was great! The views were beautiful and quite peaceful compared to the hustle and bustle of places like Destin. Overall, we loved our time at this unit and will stay there again when we return to Orange Beach.

Sun and relaxation

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was as expected, kitchen was well stocked with everything we required. We loved the balcony overlooking the beach. I would recommend having a couple chairs at normal height rather than only tall stools, thankfully we brought along a couple lawn chairs. The common areas were great, access to the beach, outdoor pool, exercise room, hot tubs, etc. we enjoyed it all! We walked across the highway to restaurants for dinner (a few options), would highly recommend the Wolf Bay seafood restaurant across the street, great food!

Condo was cute & property was fairly clean. You could tell it was an older property so some things were to be expected. The sofa bed could use an upgrade/better mattress as you could physically feel each spring in the bed. Overall was a wonderful stay!

This Condo was perfect for our honeymoon location! We had the best time and the best weather for it being November!! The only thing we wish would’ve been better was we started with 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and couldn’t get anymore for the time we were there when we asked the housekeeper. This is also just something that we noticed because my husband is a plumber but the toilet itself is wobbly. Which means the toilet bolts are loose and need tightened. He would’ve fixed it for you, but he didn’t have his tools. Overall it was a great stay and we WILL be back next year!! Thank you!! -Jake and Kayla Dehm

Will not rent this property again.

The location had far too many rules. Hated the wristbands. I think $55 parking fee was a bit high. I didn’t appreciate the basically threatening no smoking signs in the condo. I think it’s a bit much when you can’t sit on your balcony and enjoy a cigar or smoke and relax. I will not come back to this property.

The original property I rented was unavailable for my set dates due to maintenance on the floor we were going to be on, so I had to find another condo which was very nice .

Unacceptable

This condo bathroom (only 1) flooded from the unit above 3 different times on our 4 night stay. We had to have maintenance and ChemPro in our unit EVERY day ad Night and live with loud dryng fans an machines our ENTIRE stay. Also a hole had to be cut in ceiling above shower. It was a complete disaster. This happened EVERY NIGHT. Also the sleeper sofa is broken which has been reported to owner several times I noticed. Owner did bring a blow up mattress (completely in the way). We were only compensated a very small monetary amount, which didn't even cover ALL the TAXES we were charged. Poor communicaton with owner on her part. Flooding may have been unavoidable but compensating your guest is not.
