Villa Argiris, at the edge of a 4-acre olive grove, is overlooking the sea. You won’t get enough of the majestic vistas that pour through the windows, each morning you awake. It is located in the seaside village of Stavromenos, about 13 km east of Rethymno and its premium location guarantees full privacy and calmness.
Villa Argiris has a rustic design in its interiors, partly designed in stone and is lavished with some exciting pieces of decor that are nicely blended into the walls. All four bedrooms have their distinct unique character, each one with a private WC with shower.
The fantastic outdoor area splits across two levels. One of which boasts a sunlit swimming pool, and the other a shaded, pergola that houses a grill BBQ and wood-fired oven where guests can enjoy leisurely moments around a large dining table.

Schöner Urlaub mit Abstrichen

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Villa. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, wird 2x pro Woche geputzt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ein Supermarkt ist in 3 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Ebenso ein paar Tavernen (20 Minuten zu Fuß). Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Was uns ein wenig gestört hat ist, dass man eigentlich permanent den Straßenverkehr von der E90/75 gehört hat. D.h. das Haus ist nicht ganz so ruhig, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Geschlafen haben wir trotzdem gut.

Quiet, but not out of the way

This villa is well located. Everything you need for your daily needs can be found in a 1000m area. The villa apparently has a new owner who is trying to remove existing investment backlogs. Minor defects in the house were repaired really quickly. There is enough space in the villa for 8 people, with the showers being very small. The rubbish that was stored behind the house and in front of the main driveway bothered us. In fact, this will still be a result of the transfer of ownership. The owners are very accessible and really good hosts. There are numerous good taverns and restaurants nearby. A wonderful bay is just 5 minutes away by car. It is only a 15 minute walk to the beach. A car is actually needed.
