casa ESTRELLA lot 28 is a new luxury four bedroom, OceanView home 3 miles away from the main city located in Costa Diamante/Sandy Beach, the house is a small walk away to the sandy beach ( 150 m ). The master beachfront suite has a queen bed, private patio The second bedroom is a suite with a queen bed. The third bedroom, has a queen bed and a twin and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed The living, dining and cooking area is very large and open. The living room has a beautiful boveda ceiling, Satellite flat screen 40 inch radio There is a eating and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and most small appliances including, coffee maker, blender microwave and toaster, garbage disposal, and a large breakfast bar that doubles as a preparation area. Other amenities include gorgeous mexican tile countertops throughout the house, a large beachside patio with furniture, fans throughout, a propane barbeque , two car garage, WiFi (Wireless Internet), plus additional access to the new community pool and Jacuzzi in Costa Diamante, Sheets and towels are provided. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and yes on a small Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. 3 night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, June, October and all Holidays. The HOA only allows 12 adults and any kid under 5 years old are not accounted as an adult. extra people over the 12 adults will pay $75 Dollars per stay to the. Good Location

This is our first house we have ever rented as we usually stay in a resort, but thought we would try something different. Pro’s: The house location is great, pool is a great addition and place to hang out when not running around or on the beach. House is spacious, and worked well for our party. Con’s: Washer and Dryer were broken, we had a water leak in one bathroom, pool was filthy as was backyard area, there were no beach chairs and we asked prior to coming. The communication for this house is bad. Zero communication for check-in and check out, all we got was a last minute door code, no instructions to tell the security or the password for WiFi, etc… Check-out we asked what we needed to do and never got a response from Vicente. House only really sleeps 9 not 12 as advertised.

So the stay was okay

We did not have propane tanks for grill the house need darling curtains cause that sun comes in wakes you up first thing the showers where clogged the shower the guy came out to fix it the next day but would think they would check everything. The cable is in Spanish and no DVD but the house is beautiful it is nice just minor things

Awesome pool and hot tub

Wonderful modern house in the heart of Costa Diamente. The pool and hot tub were great to come back and relax in after a long day. We had a couple hiccups checking in but the host was very good about responding quickly and remedying any issues we had in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property , dishonest management

Beautiful property , great location, the owner called me a couple weeks after we confirmed our reservation and he told me that the house was double booked for the weekend of Roger Clynes concert Circus Mexicus and that if we would change weekends that he would give us a cash refund when we checked in, we agreed , and changed all of our plans .( this was a big deal for us as we were going for my sisters bachelorette party and her favorite band is Roger clyne ) When we checked into the condo the owner sent someone who only spoke Spanish to show us around the house , no money was received for our return , the house was not stocked with towels , so I had to contact him for towels , the towels did arrive later that day. It is a beautiful house perfect location we had a wonderful weekend . However the owner / person that runs the home was dishonest with us and despite me contacting him multiple times and setting up times to meet he magically never got a hold of us when it was time to bring us the refund . A big part of my time was spent trying to get our one night refund back that he offered so we would switch weekends and he kept promising to bring/ meet to deliver ! So long story short if you book this house don’t trust any promises of refunds 😕

The house is beautiful, and it is in a great location!! We used the pool every day, and really enjoyed the roof top at night. I would totally rent this house again!!

Definitely NOT WORTH THE PRICE!

I'm gonna start with the pros.. very convenient and short walk to beautiful beach. Pool was clean and refreshing. Gated community felt very safe.Short drive to great restaurants and stores. .. that was the good part. ..Soon as we arrived the internet was not working contacted the owner who then rapidly contacted a Pascual who came to check the internet said signal was down and had to call the internet provider in the morning. I understand things happen but that was just the beginning. Next the air conditioner to the upstairs master bedroom stopped working in the middle of the night. We had to move to the next room which had bunk beds. I contacted the owner in the morning and didn't receive a response until late in the evening the next day! Thank goodness Pascual gave us his number in case we needed anything. He did fix the air conditioner a few hours later but by that time we had already moved all out stuff to the bedroom downstairs since upstairs was so hot. The jetted bath tub in the master did not work. The internet was finally "fixed" but wifi was horrible could not connect to laptop which was very important for my work. In reality the wifi never worked. When we arrived the house was infested with flies. We were given bug spray to help with the flies. Completely unacceptable. Shouldn't that have been done prior to arrival? The home itself was not in great shape specially the kitchen, definitely needs tlc. We rented this home for 5 days an I am completely appalled at the lack of response and care this owner had for us. I thought we were going to be in a luxury setting for the price, but definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend.

LOVED!!!

Our family greatly enjoyed our 1 week stay! Vicente was great answering all our questions leading up to our arrival. Upon arrival, Pascual took GREAT care of us!!! He was just a phone call away for anything we needed. We can't say enough about Pascual.....he was awesome!! The home itself is beautiful and spacious for our family. We loved the pool and used it daily! The four bedrooms consisted of 1 king and 1 queen downstairs (2 bathrooms) and 1 king and 1 full/twin bunk upstairs (1 bathroom). The king beds were super comfy!! There is extra bedding and pillows in closets. The home had bath towels. We brought our own beach towels. It was a quick (less than 5 minutes) walk to the beach. The beach is clean and beautiful! The garage has many amenities stored that you may need for the beach (umbrella, wagon, beach toys, canopy). We cooked daily and found the home had many of the pots/pans we needed to prepare our meals. The home even has two grills! One in pool area and one on upstairs balcony. The home also has two small beverage fridges that kept all our drinks cold and gave us the extra space we needed in the fridge. It's a short 5 min drive to corner store to get ice/beverages. We also went to grocery store and old market which is about 10 minute drive. We gave this rental 5 STARS and we would stay again! Highly recommend!! Can't wait to go back!! Thank you Vicente and Pascual for your hospitality!!

Casa Ensueno

Nice property with great location, alot of stairs (inside the house) to consider if you have elderly or small children. Could use some upgrades, however I had a great time and would definitely consider this place again.
