Air-conditioned apartment for 6 people with beach access located at Les Salins d'Hyères
Beautiful duplex apartment of approximately 70sqm with terrace and sea view from the bedrooms, located in a wooded park of the residence that extends to the sandy beach.
On the ground floor: a spacious living/dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The living room has large bay windows that open onto the terrace and the garden. A bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs, two beautiful bedrooms opening onto a terrace with sea and garden views. One bedroom with 1 bunk bed and a single bed, and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. A shower room with a small balcony.
Secure communal parking.
ACCOMMODATION: Maximum 6 people
PETS NOT ALLOWED
Apartment amenities: television, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, garden furniture, air conditioning, WIFI.
To be paid on-site: Security deposit (700€), tourist tax.
Possibility to rent bed linen: 20 euros for double beds and 12 euros for a single bed per change, 8 euros for a towel set.
Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning to be paid upon arrival: 85 euros.
