Beautiful and relaxing location

This 11th story Gulf side condo is well situated to local restaurants and attractions, as well as a very restful place to sit on the balcony and listen to the surf and watch the life on the beach. Property manager is responsive to any little problems that arise. This was our second year in a row at this property and we will very likely return again and again.

Great location, loved sitting on balcony and watching the sunsets. Condo was clean and had everything we needed available.

Great view

Everything was great except tv internet had to keep reloading and cutting out - unreliable. But the beach was beautiful. If we would have stayed during not football season it would be a 10.

One big disappointment amidst all the enjoyment

Overall we Loved this property. However we would have appreciated knowing that the indoor/outdoor pool would be closed for repairs during our entire stay.

Family Vacay

We enjoyed our stay! We always stay at Tradewinds and love it! We did enjoy this room and had lots of pros. The only con I would say is there was no extra Toilet paper, trash bags, or the normal essential things needed so we had to buy ours. The other rooms we have stayed at always had extra, but I still would stay here again. We loved it!

Nice getaway

Had a very nice week at Tradewinds 1101. Condo was clean and gave our family a home away from home feel with all everything you would need. Check in/out was fast and easy. May want to bring extra toilet paper and trash bags if you're staying longer than a few days. My Only advice don't fall into the Lamberts cafe hype in Gulf Shores not worth the money or the extremely long wait times. .

Overall, Nice

The unit overall was nice. The only problems I had was that the master bathroom reeked of a urine smell, and we could not get the unit to cool off. The smell didn't bother my husband, but I had to use the guest bathroom. As far as A/C, we had to sleep with fans on, and close bedroom doors in hopes of rooms cooling down. I'd say the temperature was probably around 70 at all times - regardless of the setting. If you don't have a sensitive nose, and don't need the A/C cool for sleeping, then this would be a great unit.

great condo

this is a great condo. updated unit and furnishings. best of all is the view. i have been to this area many times but this unit has the best view of any. because it is an end unit, it had extra windows which really provided great light and views of the gulf

Excellent family vacation spot!!

This property is fantastic! Close to everything, super clean and those views are perfect! Excellent family rental with great beach access and nice pool area. We would highly recommend it!

Great family spot to stay!

We loved this location! We loved the views from our balcony! It was spacious for our size family and very clean. Two downfalls we had was at one point we had to allow people come into our condo unannounced to inspect the windows and doors. We hadn’t been awake long and was getting ready for the day. I feel this should have been scheduled during a time when there wasn’t anyone occupying the place. Secondly, one of the elevators was down for work for a couple of days. Being on the 11th floor, this made things more difficult with several families having to use one elevator. Wait times were very long and the elevator was very crowded. Overall we did enjoy our stay.
