Welcome to Sévrier in Villa Juco.

This sumptuous house is located on the shores of Lake Annecy, 3 km from the historic centre.

2 double bedrooms with bed (200x200 and 160x200) with their shower room and terrace access.
1 children’s room with bunk beds 90x200 cm and shower room.
1 television room equipped with a Home Cinema
1 fitness room equipped with an elytic bike and a treadmill

🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

1 master suite opening directly onto the terrace and the pool, consisting of a dressing area and a bathroom with walk-in shower and bath.
1 fully equipped kitchen open to the terrace and living/dining room offering a magnificent view of Lake Annecy.

Heated and covered swimming pool, petanque field... everything is planned to make you spend a wonderful holiday in Haute Savoie!
Pets are not allowed in the house.

Pleasant accommodation with fantastic view

For our group of 6 adults plenty of room. Good to have a swimmingpool present. Bedrooms are spacious with each an own shower. We enjoyd our week there and recommend to pay a visit to Annecy and take a tour around the lake. (We did it by car).

Excellent

Lovely spot. Designer modern house, triple glazed windows, lovely pool. Only a few minor inconveniences - eg. overlooked by neighbours, patchy wifi. Traffic sometimes pretty busy in that part of Annecy in the summer. Would return!

Top top top... le paradis

FR: Séjour exceptionnel. La maison est magnifique, de beaux volumes. Un salon et terrasse vue lac et montagnes à 180°.. un panorama qui vie tout au long de la journée avec une luminosité parfaite. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de gout. Tout le nécessaire est présent. Nous avons apprécié le sauna, dommage que nous n’avons pu profiter de la piscine extérieure. Les enfants ont adorées la salle TV et nous la tranquillité du salon.La maison est très bien située. 2 min de la piste cyclabe pour faire le tour du Lac. 15-20 min a pied du marché / centre de Annecy. De très beaux souvenirs avec les enfants. Grand Merci..Très bon accueil de Anouk. Nous vous recommandons fortement la maison.. Nous c’est déjà décidé on reviendra. EN: Wonderful stay.. the house is magnificent, great volume. Living room and terrace offered a splendid 180° view over the mountains and the lake. The house is elegantly decorated; it contains all the necessary equipment. We have appreciated a lot the sauna; unfortunately we didn' take advantage of external pool. Our kids adored home cinema room while we could enjoy some calm moments in the living room among adults. The villa is very well situated just 2-3 minutes away from biking lane (that goes around the lake) & 15-20 min walk to the center of old Annecy. Anouk was very helpful & welcoming. We definitely recomend the Villa.

Wonderful stay in Sevrier

We had a wonderful week in Sévrier! The house is well located, steps from the lake and the cycling path, a short bike ride from Annecy. Ours kids (5 and 7) made full use of the salt water pool, which is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen. The house is close to neighboring house, but is still very private. The house had all amenities, include full kitchen supplies, bath towels and soap, etc. The house is absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated. The weather was so nice we didn’t make use of the large cinema room or the sauna... Check in/out was a breeze. We loved every second of our stay and hope to come back one day! Highly recommend this house!
