New porcelain tile floors and gulf views shine as you step inside this refined beachfront condo. Gleaming hardwood floors run underfoot, and charming beach-themed art adorns the walls. Settle in on the queen-size leather sleeper sofa in the living room and enjoy a movie on the 55” smart TV with DVD and cable, or turn on the stereo and simply relax while taking in the gulf vistas. Stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and ample cookware elevate your culinary experience in the kitchen. The formal open-concept dining area seats four at a polished wood table. Beautiful condo

Me and my mother stayed almost 4 weeks. As soon as we walked into condo we new we were in 1st class. Everything you could need. Exceptionaly clean and beautifully decorated. Host was totally awesome. This is the best condo I've ever stayed at. I can't say enough. You will not be disappointed. 10**. We'll definitely be back

This condo was so beautiful and so comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the beach and watching dolphins swim by. The condo has been very tastefully decorated and the building and grounds are very well maintained. We enjoyed our 2 week stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous location!

Kathy was a super host - answering all questions quickly. The condo is spotless and beautifully decorated, including everything you might need. The views are magnificent, and the location is perfect. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

Perfection on the Gulf

Beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, spacious condo with gorgeous view and access from both living area and bedroom. Hosts have gone out of their way to ensure that you have everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. Couldn't imagine anyone would not be absolutely delighted with reserving this condo.

Superb Apartment

Everything is as it appears in the listing. The apartment was clean and the furnishings and appliances were of good quality , you can tell the owners really look after their place , it had everything we needed, and the view was amazing. Owners were easy to reach and responsive. Lots of places to eat with Johns Pass a 15min walk down the beach. If you're reading this review and you like the area then this apartment is highly recommended!

Five stars are not enough

We have rented a lot of apartments, from New York to all around the Caribbean, French, Dutch, BVI, and on the Gulf of Mexico, but this one is by far, very far, the best one, the one with the best decoration, attention to details and amenities. The building itserf is nice, the pool is great, and the beach seconds away, but the big difference is the apartment, and the TLC the owners dedicate to absolutely everything, from the kitchen to the living room, the bedroom, the bathrooms, etc. Some examples : beach toys ? You can open a rental booth on the beach with all there is in the closet. Vacuum cleaner(s) ? Your choice : Roomba or Dyson. Did I mention the towels ? You can open a Bed, Bath an Beyond as there are so many. And all the small things that make you feel at home. Binoculars ? Of course ! And so on ... We had a wonderful time there, and if (or when) we want to spend some time on the Gulf, this is THE place. Thanks again, Kathy and Eddie !

Bliss on the beach

Fantastic condo to stay in, exactly as described. Modern, comfortable and very clean with some real nice touches around the walls. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in this area which offers so much next to a great beach. Owners really helpful and on the ball.

Beautiful Condo in Madeira Beacg

My husband and I visited this property for two weeks and we absolutely loved it! The owner provided us with not only a beautiful and very clean condo to spend our vacation in, but everything we needed to start our vacation off right! We truly enjoyed our time at this property and we are hoping to return next year!
