The Atemoya Residence is located 400 m from the Bas Vent Fort Royal beach. It is made up of 3 gîtes.
The Cannelle cottage has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It includes a sheltered terrace with a kitchen, an air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 bed, 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 1 160 bed and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
At the back of the villa is located on the mountainside, a beautiful swimming pool with salt treatment and a deck shared by the 3 gîtes. The owners, Audrey and Stéphane, live on site and will be happy to provide you with information on good addresses in Guadeloupe.

A deposit of €300 must be paid upon arrival.

Sheets, towels and tea towels provided , air conditioning in the bedroom, 1 bathroom (shower, sink, separate toilet), dishwasher, fridge-freezer, TNT TV, wifi.
Laundry package (washing €4 and drying €4) for your personal laundry.
Secure salt water swimming pool shared with the 2 other gîtes. Enclosed grounds of 1500 m2.
