A 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located within a complex. Olympic size swimming pool, tennis courts, squash courts, playground for children and a lot of green space within the complex. Perfectly situated in the most sought-after area in Benicasim. Less than 5 minute walk to beach (with private and direct access) with restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk to the town (pueblo) area which has a lot of nightlife. *Please note there is no air conditioning (nice breeze) and no designated parking but there is street parking.
