This 8-bedroom home in East Denver is a cozy home base for your next group trip. Hosting up to 16 guests, this inner city up/down duplex features 2 beautifully redesigned kitchens, 2 living spaces, and a furnished patio complete with BBQ grill. Need a smaller space? Rent either the upstairs unit or downstairs unit. This inviting home provides a comfortable and convenient stay, with local amenities and attractions just a short drive away.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

This listing is for an entire up/down duplex which contains 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. You are booking both the upper and lower units. Each unit has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An internal stairwell connects the upper and lower suites of this property. For additional security, a door with coded entry is installed, providing secure access between the units. The door code can be provided during check-in, upon request only.

We had 8 families, 6 of which lived out of state, so finding a property that offered 8 bedrooms was the perfect solution for our event. All of the bedrooms were spacious and the open space allowed for visiting.
