3-room duplex apartment 45 m2 with mezzanine, furnished and equipped for 6-8 people at the foot of the slopes comprising:

- A bedroom with 2 bunk beds, storage drawers under the bed
- A bathroom with shower and WC, towel radiator
- A living room with a pull-out sofa bed, 2 armchairs, flat screen TV
- A kitchen area open to fully equipped living room (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave / grill, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue machine)
- Large sliding cupboard in the hallway and two cupboards in the entrance.

Bon séjour aux Coches

Bon emplacement à quelques marches de la piste, du télésiège Lac Noir, de la télébufette (qui descend au village des Coches) et du lieu de rdv ESF. Ascenseur avec accès direct à la ski room. Pas de stationnement privatif mais parkings collectifs à proximité. Nous étions 6 adultes et 2 enfants : 2 couples, un dans le canapé lit du salon et un dans la chambre lit double de l'étage, 2 adultes célibataires dans les deux lits simples de la mezzanine, et 2 enfants de 2 et 5 ans dans les lits superposés de la chambre du RDC. Comme nous l'avait indiqué le propriétaire, la pièce de vie est juste pour 8 personnes mais faisable, d'autant plus grâce aux 2 SDB avec WC. Propriété correcte dans l'ensemble si on ne regarde pas dans le détail. Balcon non ensoleillé mais avec vue imprenable sur les montagnes enneigées et le Mont Blanc ! Pas d'accès WiFi. Le propriétaire nous a informé le jour de notre arrivée qu'il s'agissait d'une erreur dans l'annonce et que celle-ci serait corrigée. Il nous a donc proposé de louer une clé WiFi à l'Office de tourisme des Coches qui est facturée 39€ pour la semaine. Celle-ci fonctionne moyennement mais peut permettre de connecter un ou deux appareils. La connexion reste compliquée dans l'immeuble. Bon à savoir : clés à récupérer à la conciergerie à côté de la gare de Landry dès 16h le samedi. Si vous arrivez le matin, vous devez redescendre pour récupérer vos clés. Emplacement et appartement à recommander, station sur domaine Paradiski au top 👌

Great location for ski lift

A beautifully presented apartment close to the ski slopes and about a 10/15 walk to the shops in the resort. The living area is a little cosy for 5 adults. Not sure large enough for 6/8 people. Would be ideal for a family with younger children . No WiFi available and internet signal generally is very slow. Beautiful views across the valley.

Appartement très joliment décoré et très agréable pour une famille de 6. Si je devais citer une amélioration, prévoir du wifi car le réseau 4G (en fait à peine 3G) est très limité; à part cela tout était parfait ! conciergerie très efficace et flexible. Merci

Great Accommodation in a lovely Ski Resort

Perfect for our stay with my 2 children and 2 friends. Double bedroom, bunk room and twin beds on the mezzanine floor. Further double sofa bed in lounge which we did not need. Practically ski in/out with access to 2 ski lifts and next to the Ice Rink. Thank you we loved it after we arrived a day late due to BA cancelling all short haul flights on the Saturday and had to find an alternative route and carrier.

Bel appartement, chaleureux et à proximité des pistes

Ce qu'on a aimé : appartement rénové, propre, joliment décoré et chaleureux. Bien agencé, fonctionnel (nombreux rangements). Bien équipé (cafetière, grille-pain, sèche-cheveux,..). 2 salles de bain avec wc. Vue sur les montagnes. Arrivée skis aux pieds pour les bons skieurs (impossible pour notre fille en 1e étoile) Ce que l'on a moins aimé : pièce de vie toute petite (je dirai environ 15m2) pour un 45m2. Balcon au nord, donc pas de soleil. Pas de wifi et connexion portable désastreuse. C'est le gros point noir du séjour. Obligé de descendre au centre pour charger des mails. Dans l'ensemble, nous sommes très satisfait de cette location. Je recommande pour une famille de 4 personnes avec enfants. Pour plus d'adultes, la pièce de vie est vraiment exigüe.

Ski week at Les Coches

We were 5, 3 adults and 2 children. We fit comfortably in the apartment, and we were positively surprised with how the kitchen was stocked. Easy access to pistes. Warm. The lady that was gave us the keys was great. The only negative was the bathroom upstairs that did not have a proper shower, so we all showered in the downstairs bathroom, but that was not a problem, the bathroom downstairs was great. Only recommendation is to put a similar shower in the upstairs bathroom. Thank you very much, we really enjoyed the stay.

Emplacement idéal pour de belles randonnées, vue superbe!

Très bel appartement, idéalement situé dans un beau petit village. Très belle vue de la terrasse sur le mont blanc. L'appartement est fonctionnel et très agréable. Très envie de revenir! Attention juste aux marches de l'escalier qui mène à la chambre du haut. Je conseille au propriétaire de les faire réparer car j'ai failli très mal tomber alors que je faisais attention.

Dans l'ensemble satisfait mais perfectible

Tout d'abord l'emplacement au bord des pistes est parfait. La vue sur la vallée et le Mont Blanc est sublime. L'appartement est agréable mais il y a quelques points négatifs. L'appartement donnée pour 6-8 personnes est petit. Il y a bien la literie pour 8 personnes, mais ça ne fait pas tout. Nous étions 3 adultes et 2 enfants de 3 et 6 ans, un adulte de plus et nous nous marchions dessus. La propreté de l'appartement à la réception était plutôt bonne même si les lavabos n'avaient pas été proprement nettoyés. 2 gros points négatifs à signaler: - Nous n'avons pas trouver de détecteur de fumée !!! - La douche d'une des 2 salles de bains était impraticable à cause de l'odeur de moisie due à l'humidité et la robinetterie est mal fixée.

Excellent emplacement. Logement de belle taille.

Séjour en famille. Avec deux enfants. Congé de carnaval. Très bon emplacement. Retour skis aux pieds. Chambre parentale avec lit de 140 cm, confortable. Chambre en mezzanine, idéale pour une personne. Chambre avec lits superposés (plutôt cabine) impeccable pour jeunes enfants. Deux salles de bain : très appréciable. Séjour fonctionnel. Nous étions 4 donc nous n'avons pas manqué de place. Chaque enfant avait sa chambre et de plus, il y a deux salles de bain avec WC . À 6-7-8 personnes, cela doit être plus compliqué ... Seule remarque négative : absence de WiFi donc plus difficile si on doit travailler à distance sur PC portable en fin de journée. Nous recommandons cette location. Nous l'avons choisie pour son emplacement aux Coches à une remontée de la Vanoise Express pour ceux qui comme nous veulent skier sur les deux domaines.

Appartement très bien situé (Arrivé et départs ski aux pieds).Très propre et correspondant à l'annonce.Accueil du contact très sympa et très réactif en cas de problème. Seul petit bémol : pas de WIFI ou payante (cher) dans la station. Très beau villages (Coches et surtout Montchavin).A recommander

Superbe séjour!

Séjour magnifique !!

L'appartement est tout simplement splendide et très fonctionnel! Un superbe séjour aux pieds des pistes, quoi de plus merveilleux avec un domaine est très vaste et plus qu'agréable! Le village se trouve à 200m à pied, tout est à proximité! Je recommande fortement cet appartement! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir
