Adjacent to the kitchen, you find yourself drawn to a relaxing, living area which offers a large screen TV above the gas fireplace and even more views of the bay.

Plenty of outdoor space for enjoying those non beach days. Relax by the heated pool, enjoy the hot tub, or play a round of pool on the custom pool table. Sunsets are spectacular!

Two bedrooms and a lovely bath are located just off the living room. One of the bedrooms opens to the covered screened porch, while the other features built in twin beds. The master suite and sitting room also face the bay with access to the private upstairs screen porch. The views are unforgettable. The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom and two separate sink areas. Another bedroom, with private bath, make this level very private and great for allowing families some separate space. The upstairs sitting area includes a wet bar, wine refrigerator, and TV viewing area which opens to the screened porch with views of the bay.
Mangroves, palms and natural, tropical vegetation surround the property making it very private and comfortable.
