The fully equipped kitchen has all of the tools for you to make a home-cooked meal, and the large deck offers gorgeous views of the surrounding hills. When it's time to unwind for the night, turn on the fireplace and enjoy a movie around the flatscreen TV and lounge on one of the two plush couches.

Make your way 28 miles to Wolf Creek Ski Area and can show off your skills on challenging terrain while never worrying about lift lines. Take a stroll downtown where you can check out local breweries, restaurants, shops and the town park. You will also want to soak up the mineral waters of Hippy Dip Hot Springs, the biggest local attraction when you are finished exploring the town. When summer comes, tube down the San Juan River, which snakes through the middle of town!

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
