The best of Pawleys, Oceanfront AND Creekside: Two-Story home with one deck and two screened porches. Laughin’ Place features three separate living areas so large groups of people have space for privacy as well. The ocean is just outside the door. Sit under the house in the shade or pull your chairs on out to sun on the beach.

THIS RENTAL IS FOR THE MAIN LEVEL AND ONE BEDROOM TOTAL BEDROOMS, NOT THE UPSTAIRS SECTION. The Main floor has living and dining room combination, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 baths. A wet bar with a refrigerator and ice maker is great for morning coffee, and other beverages. Across the stairwell on same level is a 1 bedroom suite with bath and separate living area. This area also has a wet bar with a refrigerator and ice maker.

Bedroom layout - in the 4 bedroom section there are 2 rooms with queen beds, a room with 2 twins and a set of bunk bed and a room with 2 twins and a trundle bed. Each queen room shares a bath with a room with twin beds. The Creekside Suite has a king size bed and a sleeper sofa with a bath.


We have added a covered dock on the creek with a floating section that is sure to be a favorite spot for all. Be sure to climb all the way up the stairs to the top of the house for a breathe-taking view from the deck on the roof. The unique layout offers as much or as little of the Laughin' Place as you need.
