Beautiful villa
This is our second time staying at this villa in 2024. First time with grandchildren in July then brother and his wife in September. Seamless communication with Sam property manager. Villa has beautiful pool area and nice bedrooms with good air con. Living accommodation is generally excellent. Location is in a peaceful quiet area and we hope to return again finances permitting lol

Great private villa in peaceful surroundings.
We really enjoyed our weeks stay here. The villa was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The interior is fresh and modern with good sized rooms, and the exterior covered veranda was fantastic for dining and relaxing in the shade. Everybody loved the pool, it’s a great size and is perfect for the kids to play in all day, or to enjoy a swim in. The surrounding area was very peaceful, very little noise from other villas (if any), and it is well positioned with only a 10 min drive to the local town where you can find shops, restaurants & the sandy beach. I would definitely recommend this Villa, and would happily stay here again in the future.

Very comfortable Villa
The Villa is in a lovely quiet location. It is well appointed and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The pool was lovely and we were pleased to have sky tv. Sam was quick to come out and rectify a minor problem that we had. We had a great holiday and will certainly be returning.

Lovely villa
Enjoyed our day in the villa had everything you needed for a great holiday we all loved the pool with plenty of space for sunbathing there’s also a table tennis in the garden which we used quite a bit as well the gardens are lovely and well kept, there’s several restaurants with in walking distance, we had a great meal at the Everest Spice Indian restaurant one of the best I’ve had it’s about a10-15 walk. All in all we had a great holiday in Javea, will definitely be back

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem wunderbaren Haus
Wir sind schlichtweg begeistert von diesem Ferienhaus. Es entspricht exakt den Angaben und den Fotos in der Anzeige. Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern (6-13 Jahre) im Juni dort und es war ideal für uns. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war optimal, der Pool, Terrasse und Garten ein Traum wie auch die Lage des Hauses. Es liegt oben auf einem Hügel in einer Sackgasse und somit wunderbar ruhig. Möchte man zum Strand oder der belebteren Innenstadt von Javea fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 7 Minuten nach unten. Fußläufig in der gleichen Zeit sind jedoch auch leckere Restaurants im Bereich der Ferienhäuser zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation und Organisation der Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe war einwandfrei. Wir können es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für einen wunderbaren Urlaub!

Au calme et sans vis-à-vis.
Nous avons perdu la première soirée et la journée du lendemain à cause d'un problème de chauffage. Il fesait 13 degrés dans la maison et la personne responsable disait que le chauffage n'était pas compris dans le prix de la location. Finalement problème résolu mais une soirée et une avant midi de perdu. A part cela la maison était de bonne facture dans l'ensemble. La distance à la première plage est à 2km alors que c'est annoncé 700 mètres dans la description. Ça avait son importance dans mon cas car j'avais loué aussi en fonction de la distance à la plage.

Villa für einen wunderschönen Urlaub
Die Villa liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in einer Sackgasse, also kein Verkehr! Großzügig geschnitten, sauber, freundlich und hell, wunderschöne Palmen im Garten. Ein Traum! Die Verwalterin des Objekts war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schlüsselübergabe jeweils perfekt organisiert. Wir kommen wieder!

Maison très jolie et cadre très agréable
La communication avec l’agence était très bien. Nous avons pu nous installer rapidement. A notre arrivée, il y avait quelques endroits moins propres (vaisselles par exemple), mais sans grosse gêne. La maison est très belle, le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques! Bel extérieur. Le quartier est calme et très agréable. Nous avons passés un bon séjour.

La estancia fue muy agradable, lo único que la barbacoa no era de carbón si no una especie de plancha de gas butano y no es lo mismo, también me falto una batidora de mano pero eso fue secundario, la casa es muy bonita y muy bien amueblada.
