YOUR RELAXING ISLAND VACATION AWAITS!

Bayberry is an inviting, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, centrally air conditioned, canal front townhome that sleeps up to 6 people with 1 Queen, 1 Queen Sleep Sofa, and 2 Twin beds. This island getaway is the perfect spot for enjoying the Fresh Salt Air from the first floor deck or the second floor balcony that has a view of the Chincoteague Channel. Upon entering the home on the first floor you will be greeted by a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave, ½ bath, and an inviting living room with a queen sleep sofa. The second floor offers two bedrooms, the Master with a Queen bed, balcony, and a full bath, the second bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bath.
Please bring your own sheets (2 Queen, 2 Twin), towels and washcloths. This home has a NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy. We ask that you leave the home in a neat and tidy condition.
We invite you to come and make Bayberry your Chincoteague Island Getaway.

Great Vacation Spot!

The condo was a wonderful place to stay for our family of five. Plenty of room, clean, bright and a great location for a quick drive to the beach. The dock and crabbing was a lot of fun and watching the wildlife was great. Would definitely stay again!

This house worked wonderful to get our grandson to the Chincoteague Field Station summer camp. It was a comfortable house and the owners were very helpful.

This is a great quiet location. Very easy to get to all the Pony Penning activities and right across the street from the Beebe Ranch!

House was well stocked, great location and view. Very quiet neighborhood and we loved crabbing off of the dock. We appreciated the nice crabbing equipment stored under the deck too. Thanks so much!

Perfect views

Our Townhouse was perfect. The place was clean and well stocked. We loved the view and appreciated the crabbing equipment. Beautiful sunsets and close to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

This house was clean and quiet. We particularly liked having the dock available to hang out by the water. The house was very quiet, and we were not really able to hear the people vacationing in the house next to us.

Clean & quiet with tranquil view

We had a wonderful first time visit to Chincoteague. The townhome was very clean and quiet. We loved the dock and water view from the back. Our kids enjoyed seeing all of the wildlife from the dock (crabs, snails, oysters, blue heron, etc.)

3049 Ridge Rd Condo

We loved the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The property was easy to get to and was close to downtown, Assateague Island, and to all other tourist locations. We were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was also. We all enjoyed our stay and would book this location again.

Property was lovely. Beautiful view out the back. Close to everything on the island. Plenty of room for a family of 4. A little tight for six with teens. Beds could be updated, but overall great place.

Family getaway

We planned a quick trip to our favorite family spot. The location was great with a nice quiet dock out back for the kids to go crabbing. There was even a large trap and net at the property for us to borrow. The unit was very clean and had paper towels, soap, coffee filters, etc for us to use. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. The multiple bathrooms were great for a family with 3 teens. We would recommend this unit to anyone and will be back!

Pony Penning Week

We checked in on Sunday with no problems. The townhouse was located further from Chincoteague center than expected but for the Pony Swim it is the perfect location. You can walk to Pony Swim lane and you are directly across from the Beebe Ranch. We rented bikes and had the ability to go anywhere on the island we needed. When I booked this in December we had expected to have 1full bath and 2 1/2 baths, we where very happy to find each bedroom has its own bathroom. The convenience of the washer and dryer meant we did not come home with a weeks worth of laundry. Taking our towels and sheets was actually great since we are all picky about the type of sheets we sleep on. The townhouse on Ridge Road helped to make our trip complete. We hope to come back when the island is not so busy and enjoy the slow pace and natural beautiful of everything that is Chincoteague.

Perfect Proximity to all things Bucket List

Debra was wonderful as was the staff at the office when we arrived early to check in. While the houses needs updates - it’s the perfect place to stay with a dock outback (oh and a ton of guest bugs), we were able to access Assateague wildlife refuge very easily as well as the Sat AM Saltwater Round up. It’s super close to the beaches (10 min) and great eateries. The house was stocked with crab cages (no need to bring yours) and nets (if you chose to line crab). It was clean and zero complaints. Thank you!

Comfortable stay

This property is very comfortable, I loved the layout. Everything was very clean. We had a great time in Chincoteague, my family stayed here for 5 nights. I enjoyed having coffee every morning sitting in the deck and watching the beautiful sunsets after our beach days. Amazing views!

Standard rental property

This is a pretty standard rental property. It doesn't seem like the owners use it very much themselves. Furniture and appliances are old, but everything works and was definitely clean. We had everything we needed. Location is quiet, but away from most things to do. Chincoteague is small so it's not a big deal, but if you want to walk or bike quickly to the main streets, this isn't your place. The highlight is the dock behind the house. We spent a lot of time out there and had a good view of the rocket launched from Wallops Island. The place could use a bit of TLC, but we were there at the end of the season, so perhaps that's why.

Everything we needed!

We had a great time. We had ample space for a family of five. The pier for fishing and crab pots were awesome and the house is close to everything. The property was quiet and private.

Lovely location

We loved our stay. I enjoyed coffee from the balcony with a view of the water. It was close to all needed things and we really enjoyed our stay. As with most visits to chincoteague, bring your bug spray!

Long weekend away

We had such a great experience at this condo! Everything was very easy from booking to key pickup and drop off, instructions, etc. The house was VERY tidy and my pre-schoolers loved the dock and all the critters nearby! We used the crab pots under the deck too which was a lot of fun. The outdoor shower was VERY handy after trip to the beach to rinse my sand-coated children. A super great experience and we will definitely try to book again next time! Thank you!!!
