Gorgeous modern updated home
We stayed here while in town for business. The house is perfect and as distributed. Bess comfortable, and has many amenities. My only criticisms would be that the check in / out process wasn’t very clear and requires you to meet with a property manager. The owner Jerome was great, the property manager I’m a little less fond of. Wanted to charge me a late Check in fee (not mentioned in the listing). 5 star stay overall.

Très agréable Nouvel An à Palavas
Nous avons passé 6 jours en famille autour du Nouvel An à la villa Flaments roses. Séjour extrêmement agréable : la villa est superbe, bien aménagée, bien équipée et très bien située entre étang et mer. Le concierge a été très efficace et sympathique pour solutionner nos demandes ... Bref séjour magnifique !!

Très bonne vacances
Passé de très bonnes vacances en famille,pour rebondir sur le commentaire de Florence D, le réfrigérateur a été remplacé a l identique 4 jours après notre arrivée et la climatisation qui a subie la pluie du samedi à notre arrivée ,à été remplacé dès le lundi.pour ma part j' ai trouvé la conciergerie très réactive et les serviettes de toilette et les draps ont été remplacés à la fin de la première semaine.je rejoins Florence pour le nettoyage de la piscine 2 fois par semaine serait un plus.

très bon emplacement
La propriété est magnifique et très bien située. Quelques soucis de taille : le frigo ne marchait pas et celui de secours est trop petit. Climatisation des trois chambres du premier très capricieuse, pas assez de transats (2...) pas d'étendage extérieur. La machine à café est tombée en panne le troisième jour mais très vite remplacée. Le nettoyage n'était pas top ! Nous sommes restés deux semaines et un changement de serviettes devrait être automatique ainsi qu'un petit coup de ménage intermédiaire ainsi q'un nettoyage et remplissage régulier de la piscine. Pour un prix si élevé nous attendions mieux de l'intendance. C'est dommage car sinon la maison est très confortable, grande et très bien décorée. Je recommande tout de même cette propriété avec des ajustements de propreté.
