Relax and soak in the spectacular view from your living area or patio overlooking the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Whether dining out or preparing meals, our fully equipped mini kitchen ensures convenience with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, and more. The spacious bedroom features a king-sized bed and ample storage, while the living area accommodates two guests on a queen sleeper sofa. Each unit is equipped with two TVs and a VCR, along with complimentary high-speed wireless internet access.

Immerse yourself in the vibrant surroundings, with popular dining, shopping, and entertainment options just steps away. Indulge in our newly renovated indoor pool and updated fitness facilities, or simply unwind in the tranquil atmosphere.

Please be mindful of our strict no-pet and no-smoking policy, enforced throughout the property. Additionally, a $200 fine will be levied for any violations.
Parking is available for one vehicle per unit, with options for additional parking at the nearby City Garage.

Upon check-in, a refundable deposit of $100 is required by credit card or cash. Check-in time is at 5:00 PM, with checkout scheduled for 10:00 AM to facilitate thorough cleaning between guests.

As a timeshare unit, breakfast is not included, but the kitchen offers added convenience with a full-size refrigerator.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to book, and please note our firm check-in time. Early arrivals are not permitted.

Please be advised of our $50 cancel fee, excluding reservations made through Airbnb, to cover credit card processing fees.

Nice

The stay was very nice, only issue was informed that time share renters could not attend the continental breakfast, and ice machines on all floors did not work.
