Flat on 2 floors, furnished and equipped,
In the 1st floor there is a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea.

In the 2nd floor there is 1 bedroom with double bed king size (and air conditioning) and the other bedroom has 2 single beds.
There is a bathroom with shower and the other terrace overlooking the sea.

The residence has swimming pool (open approx 15/6-15/9) and private parking, It's just at 20 meters from the beach.
The apartment is equipped with ceilling fans and AC in the main bedroom, TV and washing machine.
Just in front of the beautiful beach of Trapani, free beach and private establishments at 20 meters from the entrance of the Residence.

Directly across from Trapani beach

This apartment has many strengths such as 2 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one 2 piece and one 3 piece. There is a washer, drying rack, 2 balconies, secure parking, great view and convenience to the beach and the owner is very responsive to any request. We walked 100m to a lido called The Sun Club where we rented chairs and an umbrella for the day for 15€. There are awesome excursions from the apartment: Erice by cable car - best in the late afternoon for sunset, San Vito Lo Capo, Zingaro, Mozia and we also went to several wineries like Donnafugata, Florio in Marsala. Great choice for an apartment in Trapani.

Very nice stay

I would give this a better than 4 rating. Gabriele was a wonderful host. The two bedroom flat was so clean and was perfect for me and my two siblings. He also made suggestions on what to see around the town. We would recommend visiting Erice. He also met us at what time we arrived with no problems. Grazie Mille.

Très bel appartement et bien situé

Très bel appartement et bien situé. Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de climatisation, mais nous avons passer de très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement et dans la région.

Geweldig uitzicht!

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Gabriele en zijn vader. Zij gaven ons een rondleiding door het appartement. We voelden ons meteen erg welkom! Het appartement ligt direct aan zee, in de buurt van Trapani. Ook is er een groot zwembad dat alleen voor het complex is. Het uitzicht op zee en zwembad is geweldig! Vanaf 2 balkons, want het appartement heeft 2 verdiepingen. De benedenverdieping bestaat uit een woon/eetkamer/keuken. Modern en smaakvol ingericht. Ook is er een bijkeuken/wc met afwasmachine. Keuken is niet groot maar wel van alle gemakken en benodigdheden voorzien. Op de bovenverdieping een ouderslaapkamer en een slaapkamer voor kinderen. Daarnaast een moderne badkamer. Naast het complex is een beveiligd (met een hek afgesloten) parkeerterrein. Wel zo fijn, want in het weekend staan de straten rond het complex al gauw vol met auto's van strandgangers. Al met al een heerlijk appartement. Je loopt zo het strand op! En dichtbij allerlei bezienswaardigheden. Enige nadeel is dat het geen airconditioning heeft. Wel ventilatoren en voor de woonkamer is dat prima. In de slaapkamers wordt het wel wat warm. Ramen kun je open laten maar er is wel wat verkeer te horen. Oplossing die ik kan aanraden: deuren en ramen beneden open laten en de slaapkamerdeuren ook.

Lieu très bien situé et appartement conforme à la description

Merci à Gabriele qui a été vraiment très sympathique. L'appartement est très bien situé à Trapani avec une belle vue sur les Iles. La plage est juste en face. En avril, il faisait encore trop frais pour profiter de la piscine. L'appartement a été en partie rénovée avec un beau salon et une belle salle de bain très agréable. Encore à améliorer : le plan de travail de la cuisine est un peu petit pour cuisiner tous les jours (ce qui n'a pas été notre cas). Il faudrait rajouter une bouilloire à eau, machine à café, toaster et un peu plus de vaisselle (couverts et saladiers) et ce serait parfait... Nous recommandons chaudement cette location à tous ceux voulant visiter Ségeste, Erice, Trapani et même Palerme (environ 1-1.30h en voiture). Merci encore à Gabriele pour son bon vin !
