Refined apartment near the air-conditioned and elegantly decorated sea.

Beautiful luxury apartment in secure residence 5 minutes walk from the sea, downtown Napoule, the station and all shops. Located on the ground floor in the forest of San Peyre, has a beautiful air-conditioned bedroom with King Size bed, white leather and lacquer living room, also air-conditioned, and dining room in the veranda, equipped kitchen and of course of bath. All rooms overlook the garden. Beautiful terrace which has garden furniture (table and armchairs) as well as two deckchairs. Closed and secure parking and very quiet area. Beautiful sunny and calm swimming pool even in summer. 10 mins from Cannes by car. Bus stop next to the residence

Très bel appartement et bon accueil

Très bel appartement conforme à l'annonce, il y a tout le confort. Situation idéale à proximité des commerces, de la plage, gare, arrêt de bus. De plus, accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire Katia. Je recommande sans hésitation

Séjour à mandelieu

On a passer un très bon séjour dans cet appartement qui est très bien équipé. Un très bel accueil de la part de katia la propriétaire qui met à disposition un book avec un bon résumé de ceux que vous pouvez voir et faire sur place.

Cadre verdoyant, résidence soignée idéalement située à 5 minutes des plages et du village. L apparemment est bien équipé et les photos sont conformes. Katia est très avenante et sympathique, que du bonheur !

Nous avons été bien accueillis par une amie de la propriétaire, et le soir après son travail la propriétaire est venu nous rendre visite. Elle est charmante et nous à laisser une bouteille de bienvenue. L'appartement est magnifique super bien équipée. Prendre ces repas et le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse en rez de jardin est super. la plage est agréable pas d'algue que du sable. Il y a tellement de chose à faire qu'il faudra que l'on revienne je recommande. Patrice.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, Küche gut ausgestattet, schöne Terasse ,mit Bäumen beschattet, ruhig. Ein toller Pool in der Anlage den man oft für sich allein hat. Das Meer mit guten Fischrestaurants ist nah ,zu Fuss erreichbar. .Gute Einkausmöglichkeit im Shopping Center in der Nähe.. Der Golfplatz Old course Mandelieu ist 5 min.entfernt..Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und spricht auch deutsch. Die Übergabe der Wohnung hat auch reibungslos geklappt. Ingesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

deuxième séjour consécutif à MANDELIEU chez Katia. Remarque identique à l'an passé Katia fort sympatique toujours présente pour tous problèmes appartement joliment décoré ou rien ne manque pour passer de bonnes vacances. véhicule non indispensable, tout se trouve à proximité

We're coming for more than 20 years in Mandelieu la Napoule always to the same address what our fine gave birth but the owner stopped with it and were looking for some different and similar. We came out at this apartment, always a risk, but this apartment is a perfect location everything is as described and pictured. Also the location and distances around knocked exactly and a nice country home this apartment, we had a great holiday, this is a must and de owner is very nice person as well.

Bel et vaste appartement dans un environnement verdoyant.

Bel et vaste appartement, joliment décoré et contenant tout ce qui est nécessaire pour le séjour, y compris les fournitures de ménage de base (condiments, huile, vinaigre, détergeant vaisselle...). Immeuble dans un environnement calme, agréable et verdoyant. Petit bémol, prévoir des produits préventifs contre les moustiques et des diffuseurs si l'on veut passer des nuits tranquilles. La propriétaire est charmante et très disponible en cas de nécessité.

Parfait !!!!

L'appartement à tout les commodités que nous pouvons trouvé chez nous, et surtout tel que nous avions pu le voir sur les photos. La propriétaire est charmante et ponctuelle. Et elle sais donner les infos sur tout ce qu'il a faire, et en laissant en suite un book, ou tout est noté, du médecin, aux transports, aux restaurants et ballades et j'en oublie. Nous avons fait une belle rando dans l’Estérel, fait le tour du magnifique cap d'Antibes, mangé à l'excellent restaurant Le Boucanier ... Flâné sur le marché du vieux Nice, et profitez de la délicieuse place de la Raguette, avec sa petite crique et son petit sentier de bord de mer. Les seuls petits points négatifs, mais vraiment petits, il manque une table haute pour déjeuner sur la terrasse, et une lampe de chevet dans la chambre, pour lire un peu le soir. Super séjour.
